The remote eye exam is buggy and lag time between the tech pressing buttons and the machine swapping lenses led to several instances where I was only able to look through 1 lens option without asking the tech to try again. The remote call also dropped twice during my exam. After the exam I was instructed to select glasses with a blue, green, or black sticker because my insurance had an allowance that would cover the frames and I would only be paying for lenses. All of the signage around the frames indicated the glasses were BOGO. When I checked out with frames I was charged $250 for glasses I had been led to believe were covered, was not offered a second pair, and was only told that the frames were not in stock and would take 1 week to be delivered after I payed and could no longer look for a different set of frames that could be purchased and picked up same day. When the glasses arrived in store no one called to notify me despite being promised a call when they were ready for pick up. I only found out they were in because I called you. I would give this experience a 0 out of 5 if I was able.

This was my first experience with using contacts and from the exam, the attention to detail by the physician, the care displayed by the staff as well as the quality of my contacts I couldn’t imagine a better service!

The left lens on the vision testing (is the better 1 or 2 machine) was unclear. I told the lady running the test. She cleaned both sides front and back of the lens but it was on inside causing a halo of "fog" over the letters I was trying yo see

The people who work at the Little Rock location are all so amazing! We got our appointments set and done in record time!

Making an appointment online was so easy. Once I arrived for the appt, the wait wasn't long at all. The employees were all very friendly. There was a great selection of eyeglasses to choose from. The glasses came in faster than what we were told so that was nice.
Quick easy couldn't understand the eye doctor who sounded like a robot on the tv monitor screen he was talking super fast and with his accent couldn't understand anything at all I had to make out wat he was saying and I said she can't understand he just kept talking

My order took over a month. No one called to let me know there was a delay. Customer service person acted like it was no big deal. Offered no resolution. Stopped by the store and they were to have the manager call me. That never happened. Would not recommend
didnt say it was a hybrid appointment online, didnt explain what a hybrid appointment meant when i got there. and choosing to outsource a medical doctor is unethical. i know that doctor is not being paid what they deserve and i wouldnt have used this service if i knew about this. the staff onsite were nice and friendly though. the lady running the appointments is over worked and needs help.
