Amazing customer service
The customer service was amazing and had a very quick turnaround despite being very busy. The staff were attentive and helpful and interacted with everyone positvly. I had such a wonderful experience for my first time and will absolutely be back!

Quick Process/Slow Delivery
I liked the ability to schedule online. They did the standard intake procedures (retina pics, glaucoma test, etc.). The exam was standard: “Read this line of letters. Is it better or worse?” I have progressive lenses and also chose transition. After deciding on frames and paying, I was told it would take up to two weeks. It took 9 days. I have insurance for the exam and an allowance for frames. It was just over $300 out of pocket for what I chose. The glasses work well. Good service overall. I would go back because I put a premium on ‘quick and easy’. However, I wish they would have informed me of the production time before we started as I needed them right away.

I lost my glasses & was flying out that afternoon for work trip. A friend recommended Stanton Optical for 30min glasses. From the gentleman I spoke with on the phone that confirmed my prescription, scheduled me that morning, and under the current promotion I could get 2 prs of glasses in under an hour for $79. Then the moment I stepped into the store, the ladies were friendly, upbeat, helpful and I walked out w 2 prs of glasses in 30 min, not a penny more. You don’t see that kind of customer service much anymore and also the level of knowledge and follow through on what they state. Kudos to every aspect of my experience. I’ll definitely be back and be sure to share my excellent experience with many. Thank you!
