From the moment I walked up to the counter I was welcomed by the staff. The man who did my pre-exams was nice and respectful and gently guided me through the process and honestly made me feel comfortable. The Dr who did the exam was polite and asked me a questions and tried to answer and explain the best she could. When I picked up my glasses I was once again welcomed and the employee made sure everything fit and was good before I left.

Exam was okay.
When we picked up the glasses a couple of weeks later, the store was empty but still did not receive a proper greeting. Staff did not offer for my mom to try on the glasses…I sat her down to try them on.

Loved the whole experience
Loved the whole experience. Haven’t received glasses in like 8 years and had forgotten how to buy and go about ordering. Plus eye exam. The whole nine was easy. Loved it. The girls were super nice. Unfortunately, I don’t remember names well. But the two ladies in that day, that helped me, were outstanding and made me feel less stressed to get emergency frames and prescription.

The staff is incredibly friendly I have absolutely no staff complaints my glasses are great they fit beautiful the prescriptions the best I've ever had I'm so super happy about it the only thing I did not like and it's the only negative I have is that nobody called me when my glasses came in if I hadn't checked I'm not quite sure when I would have gotten a call
