I just like that I was in and out…
I just like that I was in and out pretty quickly. There was no technical difficulties, and everyone was kind. This was my very first appointment, so it did take a little while, but it was good. I’d definitely go back.

Lori was top notch
Lori was top notch. She helped me with lens selection etc and guided me through checking out. She also made sure my glasses fit correctly when I picked them up. Staff was friendly and wait time was reasonable as well as a wide selection of frames to fit any budget. I high recommend 🙂

Getting my contacts took almost 2…
Getting my contacts took almost 2 months, and communicating was a nightmare. Just trying to get through to the store was a hassle. I waited until I got my last final box to do a review. We will not be returning. Thank you.

Ugh oh
Well it wasn't so great the first couple times I came to pick up my order ,which was supposed to be there like the text message I got said ,but got there and nothing ,called in there a week later and the lady said yeah your order sure is here so here I go back up there on week two, after my order was put in supposedly well anyways all that was there at the store was 3 right eye contacts and one left eye contact ,at this point im ready to just scream but the store customer service was just as frustrated as me and was very into trying to find my order or at least what happened to it ,well all in all the manager I guess ,dont remember names but he is an awsome guy ,dont think the place can run without him ,he did his best to only find out someone had ordered the wrong stuff ,anyways he comped me a 6 month supply and was very professional, so all in all I will go back its hard to find people that should be that professional about situations like that !!!!

Flexible appointment times
I had an appointment and still had a relatively long wait time. With that said, they are open late and on the weekends which is helpful if you are a working professional. The staff was kind and courteous. The frame sale or pitch is a bit misleading. You will pay more than expected.
