They could improve on the eyeglass cases they give at time of pickup for new glasses ordered. Plastic ones are not durable in the long run.
The staff could be a little more friendlier at the time of pickup. Especially after spending several hundred dollars at this store. I felt like I was an afterthought when picking up my glasses.

Terrible customer service
The doctor's office side was just terrible. The staff was NOT pleasant at all. They were complaining to the customers that they were over scheduled as if we controll that. I've been a customers for years but I will not be coming back!!!

All in, the experience was pretty smooth. Quick eye exam, people were nice and attentive. Only thing that we a little disappointing was the limited high-end frames. But for affordable glasses and a good experience, I would recommend Stanton to family and friends.

The optical staff on the doctors office…
The optical staff on the doctors office side attitudes are just terrible especially the doctor. The staff complaining about how overbooked they were and it just was a terrible experience all together. The doctor never spoke and just had a terrible attitude.
