Ahmed went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect pair of glasses and contacts for someone with dry eyes, He took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. His knowledge, patience, and excellent customer service made the entire process easy and enjoyable. This company is a sham and the workers are scamming people. They advertised 2 for 79.00 by they time they finish with you the price has tripled. I was told for progressive it would be 135.00 for two. I pick two there were not many choices very cheap child like glasses and nothing really more updated. The worker kept fast talking me every time l asked a question he would be bouncing around not answering my questions. I already was getting agitated because the questions were simple and to answer should have been yes or no. I should have just left. Then he tried to add on tests l didn't take. The girl who took the tests was pretty slick too. He began calculating and said the total would be close to 800.00 plus because he added all kind of extra stuff. I said nope l don't want any of that and so he priced it all at 259.00. Anyway l left paying 259.00 because one of the glasses was higher priced. When l came to pick them up l was told l only paid for one pair. I said to him l asked you over and over and had both pairs on the table. His response was oh well l guess we had a misunderstanding. No sir l asked you over and over. They hook is getting people in and then try to up the prices all along. He kept avoiding the answers when l pressed him on the prices before l sat down to order the two pair of glasses. Fast talking saying the same thing over and over never answering my question directly. Do not go to the one on W WENDOVER GREENSBORO NORTH CAROLINA. IT IS A SCAM!
