I went in to get an eye exam and some glasses eye exam went well. I told the lady I was looking for glasses that were progressive lensesThey made a mistake and ordered single vision glasses when I got them I explained to them that’s not what I wanted then they assured me they will fix the problem. Call me back in two weeks later gave me the same pair of glasses and told me they were fixed so I would not recommending anybody coming here and Customer Service

Stanton Optical has so many frames to choose from.
I found exactly what I wanted in very little time.
The staff is very helpful and explained charges well.
My glasses were available very quickly.
I will definitely be returning and recommend others to check it out.

Sub par vision exams
Visited twice for my Rx/ exam. My vision is still weaker than my old rx. I cannot see clearly as far down road with the Rx I walked out of Stanton with. I have used my benefits for the year. And now I have to pay entirely out of pocket to go somewhere else to get a rx that is adequate.

Stephanie was so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. She helped us find exactly what we needed and made us feel confident about our choices. She is the whole reason we made our purchase. Also the store has a large selection and we found frames that we really liked and that looked good on me. We had been looking at other stores for quite awhile.

I came in and had an eye exam completed…
I came in and had an eye exam completed and paid over $400 to get my contacts. And when they arrived, I put them in and could not see, I looked at the prescription box that I had from my previous visited a different optical company, and my prescription was 5.25 the prescription that I received from your facility was 3.25 huge difference. So I had to make another trip. A third trip at this point. Have another eye exam completed in which the results came back and it was a 4 something. So the girl then overwrote it to the prescription that I got from a different company. In order to those to come in, I waited to receive my update when my contacts arrived two weeks went by nowhere. No email nothing so few days later. When I had a chance, I decided to stop in and see if it was there. Sure enough. My prescription was there, so I ended up picking 'em up

I showed up at the facility and they were able to get me in right then. Professional and efficient! My glasses were made in 20 minutes. I will definitely be returning!

Great customer service
The day I went in with my son, it was short staffed so our scheduled time got pushed back, so it was longer than originally expected. However, they were still very helpful and still took the time to fully explain the whole process and were very friendly. We will come back to this location for other family members for sure.

Great experience. Will go there for any future family eye needs. I love how quick and effortless the visit was… After the eye exam, 45mins and my daughter had her new prescription glasses ready to go.

Some serious testing flaws
Some serious testing flaws. My prescription was wrong twice (until now) and its still not fixed.
Also the lenses are loose and didn’t fit well in the frame.
Overall a fairly poor experience on the testing and quality front.
