Dishonest, extra charges
I was told when making my appointment my exam would be free with the purchase of two glasses and the glasses would be $79, I was charged $40 for the ultrasound that I was not made aware of before hand and my total for the $40 ultrasound and $79 glasses came out to be $160, when asked I could not get an explanation as to why there was extra service charges.

Everything was great when I was there
Everything was great when I was there. 5 out of 5 but I only went because of an online promotion and after I was done the guy at the register said yea you get the rest back from mail in rebate. I was supposed to spend 88 for a year of contacts and a free vist. I paid almost 400 and am only getting back 100 on a gift card. But other than the big lie to get me in the door it was great fast and besides the lie the people there were great

You do an internet eye exam and…
You do an internet eye exam and evidently there's a glitch in their system I still haven't received a pair of glasses that I can see with. I bought two pair of glasses with progressive lenses and for some reason they cannot get the prescription right.
I asked just to get a refund and be done with it. But they would not give me a refund. I have to drive all the way back to Florence to return these glasses and let them try again.
Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to get your glasses.
I've always had a good experience with America's Best and never had a problem with their glasses.
I have an appointment with America's Best to get a new pair of glasses while I wait for Stanton Optical to make me a pair that I can actually see out of.
