Staff was slow to do everything
Staff was slow to do everything. It took 30 mins or longer to be seen then I mentioned ive been there for a hr and they still made me wait. The store wasn’t even busy. The one lady that was actually going to do my check-in finally saw me. She didn’t even have anyone their then they had me see a online doctor. Rude staff. They ordered 6 pack of contacts for me sent me an email for the tracking then told me that I couldnt have it. It was for them.

I was given an upsell to the progressive lenses, which I really didn't want, don't need, and they don't work.
But that is my fault for being so gullible.
I will be going back tomorrow and hopefully be able to return them.

Good result, friendly folks, but very limited selection for good deal
The people were friendly and I can see very well with my new glasses. It was frustrating that the website advertised $135 for two pairs of glasses with progressive lenses and then with some upsell choices I was looking at over $400 for one pair. I ended up picking from the the very cheapest frames to get back down to $200 for two pair, but I was disappointed by the frame selection. I might have gone somewhere else but I would have been charged $118 for just the eye exam. The eye doctor is remote so you don't get your eyes dilated and probably shouldn't do this every time.

I wanted to share feedback regarding my recent experience at your College Station location.
Before purchasing, I visited the store twice on separate occasions specifically to confirm whether there would be any additional charges beyond the advertised $79 promotion for the eye exam and two pairs of glasses. I was clearly told both times that if I selected frames with blue labels, there would be no extra fees.
However, after completing the eye exam and selecting my frames based on that information, I was unexpectedly informed at checkout that there would be additional charges. This was very disappointing because I made my decisions based on the information provided by your staff beforehand.
The issue was not simply the extra cost itself, but the inconsistency and misleading communication. As a customer, I expected transparent pricing and accurate information before proceeding with the exam and purchase.
I hope this feedback helps improve communication with future customers and prevents similar experiences.

Try finding a licensed optician if possible.
Was in a pinch and this was the only optical provider I could find with walk-in service.
They are understaffed, and I wasted nearly 2 hours waiting just to pay for frames... It was maybe 3 or 4 people in que... Finally got my glasses a week later and they are literally falling apart.
Was promised a replacement and it's been 3 weeks!? I should have gone to Walmart. Or literally anywhere else.
