The people were friendly and informative. The only thing I would say is that you need to fix your text messages saying that the glasses are ready and in fact they were not. We made a special trip about fifty miles round trip only to find out they were not ready.

Took much too long to service me. One lady was taking a very long time because she was engaged in a personal, seemingly unnecessary conversation with a customer, rather than being mindful of those who were waiting.
