Horrible staff the glasses are cheap. I already brought them back the next day because they were loose and they’re still horrible. Very unprofessional staff except for the one Dr that was very nice and the girl that did all my tests was very good. The woman in the white jacket with glasses lawn, curly dark hair was so unprofessional, pulling around with the younger staff boys. I would like my money back and I would never ever come back to Stan optical again horrible you get what you pay for sorry.

Very impressed with the service and the same day prescription glasses within an hour . My experience was a delightful.

Staff was very helpful & knowledgeable. My glasses were ready in an hour. Allen did a great job examining my eyes.

Went to store to look for a pair of eyeglasses for distance with a prescription looked around, and the mattress look at that look at that counter never came back very rude. When I asked him for help he all he wanted to do is to make a sale couldn’t care about the customer came back. The next day with the glasses didn’t fit properly wanted to return them and the girl says I can’t do anything until the manager gets back. I will no 30 he won’t be back until tomorrow so I picked that up more expensive glasses at hope it fits over my hearing aid the manager who worked at me never said anything about my hearing aids just put the glasses on and it was very rude. Very just disturbed about the store this manager he was there on Monday, give a check who is there and picked up a pair of glasses that temporarily one pair had to be ordered. The one pair was in the store. I can’t believe how you run a business. I would never read never recommend your eyeglass talk to anybody I think the service was horrible if you want to contact me anytime you want 561-908-4380 thank you very much Joel Stewart.

in october i got 2 pair of glasses for $300. last week for the same money i only got 1. none warned me of price change till i went again and ask how come .

It was a pleasant experience the staff was welcoming pleasant the facility was clean I would always visit there

Professional, not over selling and delivered the glasses ahead of scheduled. As of today a good product for a reasonable cost.

The assistant who helped me. She was wonderful! The glasses were done that day because I had prior frames and we ordered a new pair of sunglasses for an incredible 99.00! I am going back for another pair of sunglasses. Apparently the deal is ongoing. Great experience all around👍

Prescription for sunglasses was terrible.
They gave my prescription reading glasses to someone else.

They had a BOGO sale on glasses They said something about $138 after the lady rang me up for the cheapest frames I could find The total was $1500. I said I never in my life paid that much money for two pairs of glasses then she knocked it down to $950.00 then I said Just let me buy the script and I'll be out the door with no glasses You didn't even ask me for my vision insurance Would you like to see it? Her comment was rude by saying You're actually going to leave here today without buying any glasses and just pay money for a script I said yes I am. Then she brought the total down to $138. The exam was the best part very thorough but the service is not so great

Excellent service! We got a great deal, and my daughter is super happy with her two pairs of glasses. The staff was diligent and efficient, and everything was handled smoothly. We will definitely be coming back!

Amazing and fast service friendly and knowledgeable associates

When I had the same problem two times I was told to pick out any frame and they replaced the frame and prescription lenses at no charge. I walked in upset and walked out pleased.

I placed an order on 3/21/26 and when I picked up the glasses on 3/30/26 they were the incorrect lenses. I went this week to pick up the glasses and was only able to get one pair as the other pair was not ready.
