My son broke my glasses and we were getting ready to leave town. I went in hoping to get new glasses made the same day; I have a really strong prescription and had been warned they might not be able to do it. They were not able to make them that day; however, they were able to find similarly sized and shaped frames that they put my current lenses in while they sent in an order for new ones. The lady at the front really went above and beyond to make sure that I left with glasses! She was amazing!

She couldn't see the chalk board at…
She couldn't see the chalk board at school.
She tried reading the road sign on the way to her eye appointment. She had to be right on them to read them.
Once she had her glasses, on the way home she could see the leaves on the trees, the roads in the mountains and read the all the sign from a far distance.
The streetlights no longer have lines coming out of them. Just a round light.
She called everyone she knowns to let them know she can see.
She has seen this way for so long she thought it was normal.
She hasn't stopped talking about, what see can see.
The staff was really nice and helpful, explained, everything they were going to do.

I liked that it’s easy to make an appointment and as soon as I got there we got started but after we got done I had to wait a long time for my prescription and when my contacts finally came in I didn’t get any text email or call
