They have repeatedly kept messing up my glasses I do not know how but the second time I went in they where worse than the first and all they did was change the type of lense. Now after a retest and waiting my glasses are still bad.

My experience is that at the window says 2 pair of glasses for $79.00
and when they got my eye exam.
What i didn't like that theres no eye doctor in the house to explain nothing. And that I was charged $200.s'thing. When I thought it was only gng to be $79 +taxes.. but this is ok. Next time ill just go to Breckenridge tx. With $200 I can get it cheaper

I had an appointment
I had an appointment. The lady kept ignoring me. I then went up and asked about my appointment. And she told me there are others in front of me. So rude! Her boss heard her and immediately apologized and got me back. The lady then had me in the room and was explaining why she was rude!! She should have just kept her mouth shut after being so rude. The manager tried to make it right but with my anxiety I only got 1 pair of glasses. Not even the deal! I’m so bummed about my experience!

I understand mistakes happen but at a certain point its just pure incompetence. Took my daughter in January to get a new script and lenses. Never got a phone call that they were ready called them in March they state someone already picked up her glasses when we didn't even buy glasses. Then say the lens are there. Then say they're not there and they need to measure her lens and order them. They then proceed to put her lenses back in on the wrong side. Called us again saying they need to measure them again. Have the audacity to tell us the quicker we bring her the quicker she gets her lenses when we've been waiting 2 months on them. Bring her in AGAIN, for them to AGAIN call saying we need to bring her back and remeasure. Pure incompetence I want a full refund and a refund for the gas I've wasted driving back and forth constantly from this worthless establishment.

I was charged for extra things during my exam without my knowledge. Had I been informed of the additional charges I might have agreed to them anyway but was rather disturbed when I went to check out and 79.00 dollar glasses were 200 dollars, without sunglasses which were 220 dollars!

The customer service was not good! The lady who did my eye exam was very sweet but the people out front were horrible. They also wouldn’t tell that it would up to 2 weeks before I could pick up my glasses until I paid.
