Shipped from China & Embosser Plates Misaligned
No where does it tell you that it is coming from China. So the shipping wait was very misleading, frankly just a lie. Took about 20 days to reach Louisiana. When it did come in, one of the embosser plates was simi hanging on to the bracket. It was off center and not aligned. For the embosser to function properly, the two male and female plates must be aligned perfectly. So, now I'm going to have to take the plate off, remove the old glue, realign the plates, glue and clamp it. I'm sure it will work after that, but the qaqc took a hit on this one.

Fantastic product
Fantastic product. Great quality. Really unique and fun purchase. I will definitely buy more in the future as gifts.
The only draw back as far as the product went was the plastic container it came in. Looked tacky and cheap. Almost prefer a well designed and labeled box. The other critique would be the delivery service. A little slow but not a big deal. A will allow more time in the future.
