Preordered the Catbus bag, accidentally got it addressed to my old address. The owner of Stami took note of this and changed it. I did get a massive fright cos my old address was on the shipped email but the owner did reassure me that it will be and has been shipped to my current address. They were correct. My cat has been attempting to sit inside it which is hilarious cos it is a Catbus ITA bag.

The bag is amazing quality and looks super cute. Very strong and sturdy. I love the fluffy texture to the outside of the bag. It’s very soothing if you struggle with social anxiety and need to stim. I plan to use it on a semi regular basis. Stami Studios seriously thought of everything when they designed this product! One of the best parts is you can decide if you want to use it as a shoulder bag or a backpack, including 3 straps for this.

Got delivered the wrong things. I ordered originally shipping without tracking, cause that would add import taxes as well. I told them I received a wrong sticker. They send it to me for free but added tracking without my consent so I had to pay 10€ import tax for 1 sticker that I wouldn’t have to pay for. I asked for compensation. Never received an answer. Will never order again. Pin quality is mediocre as well.

I bought a Preorder Ita Bag, which was supposed to be shipped to germany. 6 months later it got shipped but due to customs, where stami studios didn't give all the informations needed, my bag got shipped back to them. I sent them an email because i didn't hear anything from them for a month. I got told that they have sent it back immediately. When I asked for a shipping number, they just didn't respond. That's now almost a month ago, if they really shipped it it should have been here weeks ago.
It's too late to get my money back by PayPal but it's not too late to warn other people about their scams.

Pin I received was as described and in good condition.

I love the uniqueness and quality of products provided by Stami! The pin badges are top quality and are always very unique, and as someone who wants an Ita bag, but isn't a fan of backpacks, Stami have always provided top quality designs. The shipping is fast and the company updates you frequently in regards to your order - and earning Stami Stars to get money off my next purchase is also a lovely bonus.

Honestly some of the best quality clothes that I've ever had!!! The material is perfect and soft!!! The website is fun and easy to use !! And I personally love all of the designs I've never seen anything like it anywhere else. my only complaint is that there isn't more because I'd fill my whole wardrobe !!!

Items are great and good quality, but it’s the shipping that’s bad and lack of responses to contact.

Placed orders several times and despite on the website saying items will be sent in 1-6 days and all orders have taken 8-12 days to be process which worry’s me that the order won’t come, then don’t receive any tracking info despite there being tracking info on the package when received.

As said items are good, but processing times and delivery isn’t great and also takes weeks to hear back from anyone with issues or questions.

Basically only order if you’re not in a rush to get them and don’t mind not getting any customer service support.
