After losing my last money trying to complete the $300 wager requirement, Stake suddenly told me I’m “not eligible” for the $45 bonus because players must “act in good faith.” The promotion clearly said: wager $300+ on Stake Originals within 3 days and receive the reward within 48 hours. I completed the requirement exactly as stated, only to be denied afterward with a vague excuse. Be careful with this shady behavior. Promotions should be honored...

Last week had some issues with my deposit but that got resolved very quickly. Their customer support is top notch. There was some issue with my bank side.

Do not play on Stake. I faced multiple failed transactions and even after raising escalation queries, my money was neither credited back to my account nor properly addressed. Earlier ₹1500 was not returned, and later multiple transactions (₹2500 + ₹2500 + ₹500 and others) left me nearly ₹9000 out with no resolution. Support kept asking me to contact my bank even after bank confirmation that the money was debited and not reversed. Live chat is unresponsive and extremely frustrating. Very disappointing experience — I would not recommend this platform.
