We are a stairlift company based in Melksham where we also live. I worked for Stannah for over 20 years before setting up Wiltshire Stairlifts in 2022. My partner came to work with me last year and we enjoy working together to make lives easier. Although we are called Wiltshire Stairlifts we do cross over in to Bath, Bristol and further afield. We try to stay within 90 minutes of Melksham so we are never too far away if one of our customers needs us. We pride ourselves on being friendly, honest and reliable. We know we offer great value for money We can offer both reconditioned and brand new stairlifts. We also offer rental stairlifts which are great if you don't need one for very long. Other services we offer are, repairs to any make or model of stairlift, we have access to all replacement parts. We can service any stairlift, including ones we haven't fitted. We recommend a service is carried out once a year to check the battery health and that all parts are working correctly. We can remove stairlifts and dispose of them correctly.

All round fast and excellent service.

All round excellent service from Mark, Naomi and Hayden.
Came and did a free evaluation, discussed options and completed the fit, all within a week.
No mess to clear up and great working demonstration for my 87 year old mum, who is pleased as punch with the refurbished Stannah in her colour choice.
Highly recomended.

1st class service and product

Our stairlift was installed today, thank you Mark & Hayden, a fantastic job. We would 100% recommend Wiltshire Stairlifts. They were efficient, thorough and good value. We were given clear instructions and full demonstration with kindness and empathy it will make John’s life so much better

We approached this company just before…

We approached this company just before Christmas as my father was now struggling with the stairs. They called in (literally the next day) on Thursday 18th December. Naomi went through all the options that were available and gave us some valuable advice. Mark then installed the unit on Monday 22nd December and they did a full demonstration once it was installed. Fabulous.

Absolutely first class

Absolutely first class! Coming all the way to Dorchester was no trouble at all - so kind. What charming people. Fast communication, fast installation. Immaculate work. Top quality product. Fantastic demonstration. My Nan is delighted with her new toy. It'll really save the strain of climbing the stairs for other pursuits. We couldn't give a higher recommendation. THANK YOU.
