DO NOT ENTER YOUR CONTACT DETAILS TO THIS COMPANY. They will pass them to multipul 3rd Parties. I made a basic enquiry as I was unsure if my parents property is suitable for a stairlift. Since then I have been getting 8 or 9 calls a day, texts and emails. I'm so glad I entered my details and not my parents. This level of harassment and pressure would have made them so unwell. GO DIRECT- AVOID.
Does literally the opposite of what it promises. Stair lift comparison falsely presents itself as a price comparison site for stair lift providers, enabling you to get multiple quotations without the hassle of directly dealing with multiple retailers. In reality, once you've given them your personal information, all it does it pass that on to a number of stair lift companies without providing any specific quotations, and leaves you to be bombarded by emails and phone calls from those providers.
Selling your data - It's important to be aware that by completing the information on this website to get an 'Instant Price Guide', you are also signing up to receive sales calls, email, and post directly from the companies this marketing business chooses to share your data with. This is not a true price comparison guide for your area as marketed.
This may be okay for you, but the privacy policy explaining this, is in a tiny pop-up window, accessible by clicking a link under the option to simply share your Postcode. It's not visible on the next page where you add your tel number and address. Shifty practice.
