Very disappointing experience.

The products arrived damaged and were not in a condition that I would expect from a professional supplier. After receiving the order, I attempted to contact Stainless Flat Pack multiple times by both phone and email to resolve the issue, but received no response.

Customer service has been non-existent, making it extremely difficult to address what should have been a straightforward problem. When products arrive damaged, customers should at least be able to communicate with the supplier and receive assistance.

Based on my experience, I would not use Stainless Flat Pack again and cannot recommend them to others.

Don’t purchase from these scammers, paid on the 12 March and have never heard from them again! Don’t answer the phone or email messages. I have handed this case over to the police for fraud! Avoid at any cost!

Ordered and paid for a sink in full.
Phoned the number approx 30 times and only once have they answered, said they would get to me that day, as I have not received my sink.
Still waiting.. have tried again to call, have emailed and no reply

I ordered a stainless steel sink back on the 9th of December. I paid for the prduct in full. Soon after they sent an email back stating that the product was not in stock. They provided me alternatives or a refund. The alternatives were a lot more expensive so I asked for a full refund. That was all on the 9th of December. I followed up on the 18th of Decmeber and received an email back stating the below...

"Hi Ryan,

I already followed up our accounts and asked if the refund has been processed. I will let you know within today.

Since then I have followed up on the 31st of December and again today...the 12th of January. No replies. This company is not worth trusting. Please stay away.

I paid for a double sink from them I still haven’t received it . I paid just over $3000 . Everyday I ask where is my order they say where not sure we are waiting for courier they gave me tracking number which doesn’t match . They keep lying to me I need a sink . I rang for a refund they don’t answer there phone . So I put in a complaint with PayPal I just want my money back to buy a sink . I have a family we can’t wait anymore . Dose anybody know who the owner is and do they know what is going on

Bought a sink off these people with instructions to cut a tap hole in the center. They sent it uncut. Then they instructed me to go to an address that’s 1 hours worth of driving to get it cut.
When I get there I had to justify to a different business that I bought this from their supplier. This company had no idea I was coming and told me to go back to them. After I had to tell them I just want this cut and I’ll leave they cut it for me.

If you want your time, money fuel and project delayed order from this useless company. The response I got when asked for a refund was “what happened on the drive there” when the drive itself was something that shouldn’t have occurred.

Then they wanted the box want to “assess” the condition of the box before return of which I was expected to pay postage again. If this “assessment” happened prior to shipping me the wrong product this BS could have been avoided?

This business needs to brush up on their ACCC returns and refunds rules.

Imagine having total disregard for a customer who had to endure all these costs for no fault on their own by a company who messed up the order and likes to pretend nothing happened.

Buy from here and you’ll be sure to spend 3x that amount on lost time, fuel and rescheduling your project and trades.

Initially provided a 1 star for the above, I think the above issue was caught by the owner who offered me a full refund in December 2022.
