Stags vs Hens Limited Reviews 

Do not use, company took money from the majority of our hen party ( roughly 20 people ) and we have just found out they have gone bust. This was only 2 weeks ago so Tom knew they were in financial difficulty and still took our money.

They have taken their social media paged down but not the website.

Tried organising my hen by myself and it was just impossible. Lucikly, I came across stag vs hens online and I'm so glad I did. I chose a bottomless brunch, escape room and afternoon tea over 2 days in Newcastle. There was a lot of choice for activities which was also good as something for everyone.

We stayed at the Ramada Hotel.. staff were fab, rooms clean, ideal set up for a boozy weekend. The breakfast on a morning was nice. We did brunch first then checked in but was able to leave suitcases at the hotel prior which was helpful, good carpark with plenty of spaces. Activities we did were well organised, staff were great and knew we were coming, there were no hiccups. Highly recommend the escape rooms, broke up our day and gives a rest from drinking!

Tom was helpful from start to finish, think it was Matthew we spoke to initially too who was also brilliant. Great communication, nothing was a problem, quick replies.

Great value for money. Felt we got a lot for what we paid. We also did bongo bingo's on the Saturday which was great, unsure if you can book within the package bit either way, try and go!

Overall, had the best weekend and huge thanks to stag vs hens for making it run as smoothly as possible! Highly recommend.

Tom was fantastic from start to finish.

We did the cocktail making class and howlers bottomless ball. Cocktail making was brilliant 10/10. Bottomless wasn’t as good but still a laugh.

Toms help has been great though can’t fault him at all x

Used Tom service and had a great weekend he took all the stress out of booking hotels events discos ect done it all for us at a great price too… the locations where bang on for walking distance to everything, he checked in made sure we was happy with the service afterwards also , will defo recommend and use again 👍🏼

Absolutely brilliant time had, Tom was fantastic every step of the way answering and questions. 10/10 for the afternoon tea and the nibbles and Prosecco he booked for us. I know who I will use in future for events.

I would highly recommend Stags vs Hens to anyone organising a stag do. Really took the pressure out of process. Tom’s communication was brilliant throughout the whole process, down to earth guy who was so helpful. Tom was happy to ask any questions I had at any point!

Payment portal is so helpful and easy to use!

For our booking it worked out really competitively priced considering the activities we chose. We chose white water tubing and squid games. Package included hotel and entry into Howlers night club.

White water tubing with Endless Adventures was awesome and such good fun - a great way to start the weekend and also included being picked up and dropped back off!

Squid Games was really good fun and they do stay in character too. A bit of a hidden gem as you just wouldn’t expect it to be there from the outside of the bar it’s in.

Howlers - if you get the chance to go here, do it!! Adult ball pit was such good fun and plenty of space and a great atmosphere!

The only slight negative was the hotel (Rooms Inn). It was definitely run down with things broken or a bit of mould in the rooms, but we didn’t let it ruin our experience as we didn’t sleep in the room for too long anyway as we were out drinking! The hotel want a damage deposit but they would only accept this in cash and refused to accept card despite having a perfectly good working card machine! As we were in a bit of a rush the stand off with the guy on reception nearly made us late for our second event. Very backwards! In fairness to Tom at Stags vs Hens - he was as shocked as I was about this and has took this feedback forward for me.

All in all, Stags vs Hens are probably the best stag do booking company I have ever ever used!

Tom has been amazing from start to finish with booking my hen do! Amazing communication really friendly and so helpful! It’s so nice to know that everything is booked without having the stress of booking everything individually! I will be recommending anyone I know to book through Tom!

Tom and the team are lovely and very attentive! Highly recommend, they have made it so easy to sort everything ! They also keep track of the payments for you so that everyone can pay themselves at different times!

Amazing weekend in Newcastle for my sister's hen party, stayed at the maldron hotel & it was a absolutely beautiful hotel, all staff went above & beyond..booked bottomless brunch at las iguanas(amazing/ food was lovely & again staff were on point./ Bar crawl was also fun, free shots & a bottle of bubbly :).. thank you Tom for organising everything would definitely recommend..good value for money

Tom from stagsvshens made the whole experience so easy and straight forward start to finish. All the ladies loved the activities and apartment. Amazing weekend absolutely loved it.

This was by far the Best weekend ever! Tom was absolutely amazing with everything from start to finish. His great communication made everything less stressful for me. Everything was perfect - hotel was beautiful , breakfast was spot on! just what you need for nursing the hangovers :) we chose Olympic shames, cocktail master class and brunch- i would highly recommend all of these. Everything about this weekend was fab. We booked 4 activities through Stags vs Hens, every activity was in a great location, every activity was brilliant fun and everything was made so simple and stress free. Communication was fab before and throughout the weekend. Highly recommend stags vs Hens.

Booked with StagsvHens for a hen party of 17 in Newcastle for a weekend. Tom was very friendly and helpful arranging what we wanted within our budget and nothing was too much trouble for him even when people dropped out. All the activities were great fun and the hotel was top notch in a perfect location. Literally couldn’t have asked for more. If you’re thinking about using an organiser for your stag or hen then I thoroughly recommend this company as it won’t let you down!

From start to finish Tom was very helpful, any questions I had was never any trouble! When we booked he listen to what we wanted and gave us advice and some suggestions (which ended up being great) which was excellent!
We booked our accommodation which was 10/10 and all activities through stagvshen and our food! It made it all in one place for payment, itinerary and communication! Excellent for some organising a hen party! Bride to be and hens had a weekend that will not be forgotten! Thank you!

We booked for my sisters hen and Tom couldn’t be more helpful he arranged everything for us and it was really easy to make payments etc. Tom was so accommodating when I had any questions and was really quick in getting back to me. The hotel we stayed at the Maldron was lovely, so clean and modern. The staff were great and couldn’t do more for us. We done cocktail making on the Saturday afternoon at revolution de Cuba and it was brilliant they had us laughing all the time and were great start to Saturday night out. Would highly recommend using stagsvshens for booking weekends away and will be using them again.

Tom was fantastic at arranging the hen party. We definitely recommend staying at the Maldron in Manchester. The activities which were a cocktail masterclass and alcatraz. They were both brilliant. All the hens thoroughly enjoyed the weekend.

Decided to use stags vs hens after deciding we wanted a city vibe which was different to the normal countryside life we live! Founds stags vs hens and the reviews that accompanied put us at peace. From the initial conversation through to booking, Tom was very thorough and went out of his way to assist us with recommendations and timings. Everyone enjoyed themselves a lot!
