The Stag, Enfield - atrocious establishment

The Stag, Enfield is a horrendous hotel and bar. They have effectively stolen over £60 from me!
I booked a room and the following day found out the hotel does not have a carpark. I needed to keep my company car in a carpark overnight.
I requested to cancel the booking a week in advance of my planned stay, and also requested a refund of my money, purely for the above reason, but they flatly refused! So in essence they have stolen my money.
I implore anyone looking at booking a hotel in Enfield to stay well clear of The Stag, Enfield - they WILL steal your money!
