Dear Oskar,

as we have already explained several times, these are not fake products. All Björn Borg items we sell come directly from the official distributor, and we treat every complaint with the utmost seriousness.

Your claim was carefully reviewed but unfortunately had to be rejected, as the products did not show any manufacturing defects according to the distributor’s evaluation.

We are truly sorry that we could not resolve this case to your satisfaction, but please understand that not every complaint can be approved.

we’re sorry to hear about your concern. On our website and company presentation, it is clearly stated that we are based in Slovenia, and all orders are shipped from our warehouse in Slovenia.

Had you contacted us before placing your order, we would have gladly provided this information directly.

Please also note that, as your purchase was made within the EU, the goods were sold without VAT, which means you saved the Slovenian VAT amount. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay any applicable taxes or import duties in their own country, as required by local regulations.
