First Time Customer Comments

Ordered Microsoft Office Professional 2021 and received an E Mail connecting me to the download site. Due to me loading it incorrectly I E mailed a query and by return I received instructions as to what I needed to do. Worked perfectly. Delivery of product 100%:
Response to Query - Speed 100%, Instructions 100%.
My recommendation to Stack Quality, Cost, speed of Response and Technical Quality 100%

Great Support from StackSocial

Great Support from StackSocial! I was having trouble trying to download an App that I purchased and Stella from Support responded right away and recommended clearing cache or trying a different browser. Switching from Chrome to Edge did the trick! So the issue was not a StackSocial issue, it was with my laptop/browser but StackSocial's excellant Support helped me resolve it in a timely matter! Great work Stella!

Legit Software - Simple Installation - Great Customer Service

The software installation was simple, and there was no hacker-like requirements (record this number, email it in, follow the link in the response, enter the case-sensitive 63 characters, then email the response to acquire a product key that doesn't work). None of that. A straight-up legitimate product key provided at the time of purchase. The installation took about 10 minutes total and the programs work perfectly.

Also: Outstanding customer service - exceeded all expectations. There was problem with purchasing more than one (1) license, and I ended up getting locked out of the purchase page. Christopher responded to my inquiry within minutes and worked on the problem non-stop until it was resolved.

Responsive support, kind and solves issues

Got purchases Office although was not able to fetch it withing the required period of time, so I lost the ability to register the product. I reached out to the support. They solved the problem without any delay nor issue. I felt I was treated like a valued customer.

Elizabeth is a true professional

Elizabeth is a true professional and was the greatest in responding expeditiously to me when I requested a refund of my order. I mistakenly ordered without first realizing I had to download the software within 30 days. I needed it for the end of April 2026 so will order then when I retire.

A problem resolved perfectly

I bought something which later was corrupted by Microsuft. I needed help with getting things back to how I wanted. I had a reply within hours and clear simple instructions even an old guy could manage. First rate support from real people. Outstanding - in an age when AI is meant to be the answer to everything, but isn't.

Stay away from StackSocial.com and 1min.AI Advanced Business Plan Lifetime Subscription

I purchased the 1min.AI Advanced Business Plan Lifetime Subscription (Order #24909378) on StackSocial, and the experience has been nothing short of disappointing.

Within 5 minutes of using the tool—evaluating a 10‑page legal document using four AI models (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, and Grok)—the entire 4 million monthly credits were wiped out. No images, no videos, just plain text. Three models responded, one failed, and yet all credits vanished instantly. For a product advertised as “lifetime” and “advanced,” this is completely unreasonable.

I contacted StackSocial’s customer support within 10 minutes of purchase, clearly explaining that the product was not suitable for my needs and requesting a refund. Their response was a copy‑paste message saying the order was “claimed for redemption” and therefore non‑refundable, pointing me to their terms. When I replied again asking for help, they simply stopped responding.

This is not how a reputable company stands behind its products.

The credits disappear in minutes, the platform even charges for supposedly “free” models, and the support team refuses to assist once they have your money. I subscribe to several major AI platforms monthly—yes, they’re expensive, but they work flawlessly. This StackSocial deal was simply too good to be true, and it shows.

My only remaining option is to dispute the charge with my credit card provider.

I strongly do NOT recommend this product or StackSocial’s handling of it. Save yourself the frustration and stick with reliable monthly subscriptions from established AI providers like Gemini, ChatGPT, or Grok. At least you get what you pay for.

Good support

It's my second year with StackSocial. I bought again a subscription but this time the key I received was not accepted by the service. I reached out to the support and almost in no time, they told me the key is for the US only. Of course, I'm traveling at the moment. With help of VPN, the key was accepted.

Great Savings, Even Greater After Purchase Support

I saved a ton of money with my purchase, but what was really great, was when I ran into an issue with a license conflict, the StackSocial team responded within a few hours with a highly detailed list of easy to follow directions to solve my issue. Great price, amazing support, would definitely buy software from them again.
