Good overall

Pretty good overall.
I note that the photos of arrived packages have deteriorated a bit. There's no point in giving me a close-up photo of the Stackry address! I need to identify where the package has come from! The second photo was too poor quality to tell anything.

Lost my parcel

Lost my parcel. Refused to pay out the amount worth and claim that it was under declared when it was warranty parts that are invoiced as 0$. But without these parts, hundred of dollars worth of equipment can’t be used now. Worst service ever.

Response to stackry’s reply: Imagine losing a priceless heirloom or my grandmother remains. Sometimes, you guys losing the parcel cost more than the actual value of the item itself - and no matter what your liability rules are, that’s still on you.

I used Stackry as a package forwarding…

I used Stackry as a package forwarding service and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.

I ordered multiple items (shells) from a seller on eBay, and the package was successfully delivered to Stackry’s warehouse. From there, Stackry repackaged the parcel and forwarded it to me via FedEx.

However, when I received the shipment, 3 shells were missing — meaning I only received part of my order.

I immediately contacted Stackry and provided full evidence, including: – Photos of the package I received
– Photos of the contents
– My purchase invoice
– Images of the original box before repackaging

Stackry responded by claiming that all items were included, but the only evidence they provided was a blurry and unclear image which does not clearly show the contents of the package or identify the items.

Importantly, the parcel was repackaged by Stackry, yet there are no clear photos or video showing the contents after repacking. This means there is no verifiable proof that all items were included when the shipment was dispatched to me.

I raised this concern and requested clearer evidence (such as detailed images or video of the repacking process), but this was not provided.

As a result, I am left at a loss, with missing items and no clear accountability. Stackry continues to deny responsibility despite insufficient evidence.

To make matters more difficult, the seller on eBay believes they shipped all items, and Stackry is denying responsibility, leaving me stuck between both parties.

I have now raised a formal complaint, but the issue remains unresolved.

Overall, this has been a frustrating experience. I would expect a forwarding company that repackages parcels to provide clear documentation of contents, especially in situations like this.

I hope Stackry reviews this case properly and improves their processes for documenting repackaged shipments in the future.
