This is the second time I use Stack. Good communication from end to finish. Reliable in every sense, from the delivery person to the appointment and the bins itself.

Delivery and pickup were so easy and being able to stack the bins and easily roll them in the follet was a lifesaver! Moving sucks, but the nice people at Stacks and these strong bins took some of the edge off!

Booked online, got a text message letting me know when the bins would be delivered. Delivery was quick and easy. Got a text letting me know when they would be picked up, and pickup was quick and easy too. Will definitely be recommending this to all my friends who move!

Great service! The bins arrived on time, were clean, came with labels, and made packing so much easier! Additionally, customer service was responsive and friendly. I’d use them again for my next move. Worth the price.

so far its been very disappointing, no email or heads up on when delivery is expected. and the number that is provided. how does a company operate with no customer service available? very questionable...

They didn’t deliver. They take your money, send you automated emails of imminent delivery and cancel on the day you planned to do your packing.

The number of boxes recommended on the website was super helpful. Drop off and pick up were clear and easy to follow. When I had requests, email response was quick!

I wish the window for pick up and drop off was tighter. I was given a 4 hour window and had to stay home all day waiting for them.

Using stack has been an absolute game changer. We have moved a lot, and it makes it so much easier (and it gives me a deadline to unpack and move in properly rather than sit amidst boxes for weeks on end).

Awesome experience in Southern California! I wish the delivery window was a little smaller and earlier, but they were very communicative. I think next time I would get an additional dolly, just for ease of movement when the bins are full. Overall 10/10 experience and would definitely use again.

I had a great experience with Stack for my move! The crates were clean, durable, and so much easier than dealing with cardboard boxes and tape. Delivery and pickup were seamless, which really took the stress out of moving.

We decided to use Stacks reusable bins instead of cardboard boxes for our move, and it was one of the best decisions we made! The service was excellent from start to finish.
The bins were delivered right on time, clean and so easy to use and stack. Plus they give you two weeks with the bins, compared to a week with others I had looked at.
I highly recommend using them for your next move! We also used Elite moving, which we received as a referral thru stacks. Elite gave us a 10% credit from our stacks price toward the moving price. They were excellent as well.

By using Stack, we saved time and were spared the frustration of taping together and breaking down cardboard boxes. Typically in moves, some of our things stay in boxes for months, but not with Stack. Since we had to return the crates ASAP, it forced us to unpack and settle in quicker which we appreciated. I will never buy moving boxes again!

I loved the schedule of delivery of clean, high quality and durable plastic bins and then the pickup at new home a week later. The labels provided and the dolly were appreciated. Customer service from start to finish was very professional and wonderful! I would highly recommend this service to anyone making a move!

Easy to use, easy drop off and pick up. Very professional staff. Nice to not have to breakdown boxes after a move.

These boxes in Atlanta have NEVER been cleaned or sanitized between each use.

There’s cat or dog hair all over our boxes and I found a previous users label which proves my point. The boxes are filthy and I’ve been sneezing the whole move. My husband and I have had to clean the boxes ourselves which has been a huge waste of time. I will never use this company again and do not recommend. I wish I could upload all my photos.

Truly was wanted this to work out. Sadly this company let me down. I ordered crates to be delivered yesterday and they never arrived. It took 12 phone calls and several emails to hear conflicting stories about why my order never happened. Was promised early morning delivery today and it is now almost noon and no confirmation of delivery window. I finally got through to someone and was told that they couldn’t guarantee a delivery today. So if you are moving , and took two days off work to pack, then you know how stressful it would be to not have the equipment you need so I’ve cancelled Stack and now have
To hoik it up to Homebase and buy some
Cardboard boxes. I love the
Concept of this company but I think they grew too fast and have trouble
With their logistics . So if you are in the Portland Oregon area, maybe avoid until they grow a little better.
