Ordered the travel jewellery wallet which was just as described. Also a ring box .
I had trouble with fitting in my earrings but have spoken to Stackers about this.

I was a bit worried because it’s a birthday present & she won’t get to use or see it till may

I absolutely love this jewellery box!! Great quality, stores so much and easily accessible with the stacking design. I opted for the Metallic Pearl which is a lovely colour and I got a little gold paw print embossed on the lid. The item was in the best quality packaging I've ever seen and my order was delivered in good time. This was my first purchase and I will definitely be ordering from here again for myself and gifts for friends and family. Best item I've bought in a while and I'm delighted with it 😍

Having left my email address for notification of when my product was in stock, I was duly notified. I immediately ordered two and they arrived 3 days later. Beautifully packaged, protected and as expected. Now for the joy of setting it up.

I have wanted to replace my previous jewellery box for a long time as it had suffered water damage however I could never find one that suited my requirements. I was therefore extremely happy when I stumbled upon Stackers. As close to a bespoke jewellery box as you could find. Easy to order the various elements using the drop down menus and arrived promptly (especially considering this was around Christmas time). The necklace and earring accessories mean that my jewellery is easy to see whilst at the same time is kept securely in place and tidy. The only negative (and this is very small) is that I have a couple of pairs of hooped earrings that I can not fit onto the earing accessory. As previously stated this was a purchase for myself however the way the pieces arrived, individually wrapped and sealed in tissue paper, it would be lovely to present as a gift. I shall definitely be spreading the word.

I ordered this bag for an upcoming trip. I did a lot of research with other companies that sell a very similar product. I ultimately chose the more expensive option, which was stacker. Because I feel the quality would be better. I receive my bag and I was right it came packaged like a very expensive handbag would come. The leather material the bag is made out out of very good quality. I'm not worried. My bag is gonna rip will be destroyed anytime soon. With that being said, the top zipper of my bag was missing the zip part. I reached out via email and within 12 hours. I had a response they asked for some pictures of the damage which I thought was fantastic. I sent the pictures and they are sending me a new bag with a fixed zip. Thank you Maddie. The customer service was fantastic. I highly recommend spending the extra money to purchase this quality item.

Am now the proud owner of a muti layered bespoke jewellery box. I purchased the navy - quality is good and the colour looks v expensive. Finally all my different pieces are displayed and organised to perfection. Thank you

I have ordered one of their jewellery products - I then decided to return it as it did not arrive on time - 2 months later I’m still waiting on refund. Got a message saying they will check with accounts team - 3 weeks later and 10 emails no response ! Avoid what a scam

Placed a large order in December, parcel still not arrived. Contacted customer service multiple times with no resolution to the matter. Had to purchase through John Lewis. Still not got a refund or any response to my emails. Worst customer service I have had in as long as I can remember. Extremely disheartening after hearing so many good things for the brand.

My necklace holder arrived really quickly it’s a good weight I would have liked it a bit taller so my necklaces didn’t hang down so much in the bottom but very satisfied with my purchase.

I was given a Stackers online gift voucher for Christmas and decided to purchase 3 large layers - the bracelet display drawer, trinket layer and the ring & accessory layer. Was very happy with how they were packaged and sent to me and they look fantastic on my dressing table top. I love that my bracelets can be on display when I'm not wearing them and to have my earrings separated into pairs in the trinket layer means I can see them so much easier. My necklaces no longer get tangled together and overall I'm really happy with my experience shopping from Stackers.

I ordered an 8 piece watch box having ordered from stackers before. The box arrived as expected well packaged and with one of the better couriers. The materials used and the feel of the box were very good. watches fit perfectly and look good through the clear panel. All in all a very good product and I would buy again. My only negative is the price which I do feel is slightly too much but you make a choice when deciding to purchase. Everything on the web site us very clear. Overall very happy with my box

I received my jewel boxes damaged and I was told to send them back for replacement. I received automated email that stackers have received damaged goods and will presses refund - £4.00

Stunning products. I have a travel jewellery case and a jewellery box. Such amazing quality. Practical but very attractive design with great attention to detail. Always delivered in such nice packaging feels like a real indulgence but for a really reasonable price.

The jewellery tray is for my daughter, to go with the jewellery box I got her for Christmas. She was thrilled with the jewellery box but just needed an additional tray to accommodate all her pretty things
