Ordered before Christmas still no product still no refund.
Nothing but excuses.
It’s always another two weeks for shipping then another two weeks for refunds.

I wouldn't even give this company ONE star - be warned this is a scam - the website looks very real but it's not - when the products don't arrive you email and they reply with issues with getting stock as over subscribed and eventually after 4 months you ask for are a refund and then eventually they say their refund system isn't working - IT IS A SCAM!!!!!

SCAM! Look elsewhere. Purchased full set in November 2023. It's now April 2024 and no communication other then when I contact them and the same bs response. The latest response is:

"Upon checking with my operations team, I've been informed that shipping has commenced. However, fulfilling the order for the entire set may take a bit longer, possibly an additional two weeks, as we work through our backlog of orders.

I acknowledge the disappointment this delay may cause, especially considering the previous promise of swift shipping. Please accept my sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.

I kindly ask for your patience and understanding as we strive to fulfil your order within the next two weeks".

That was a month ago.

The company offering this rubbish is under a LLC so forget trying to get your money back.

Steer clear of them.

after a lot of exchanges by email and moreover very hard to drown out the fish. 3 months after my initial order, still nothing received and in my opinion I will not receive anything. to absolutely avoid, very smart in their approach to respond to emails each time. but it’s just so they can continue their scam quietly.

Ordered in November and still no product. I chase monthly and they reply with an AI generated response saying that they aim to ship the product by the 2nd week of the following month every time. It is a struggle to get them to cancel an order.

scam...you pay and never get your items...they post attractive discount for short period and for me it was in December 2023 and till today I didn't receive anything...when contacting the company only apology emails that they have backlogs. be careful and not to purchase form Stack'em and sometimes you find them under getstackem.

Absolutely shocking experience. Bought in December and like everyone else I get apologetic emails stating it will be dispatched in two weeks. I have now received an email stating they are unable too process my refund as they have a fault with their finance processing system. Would definitely not recommend you buying from this company.

Same as everybody else. We ordered in November and every 4 weeks we get promised it will be shipped in another 4 weeks. Time for a refund.

DO NOT ORDER!!! I ordered in Dec '23. It's April '24 and still have not received. Customer service dept. keeps giving me the run-around. Save your sanity and stay far away.

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! They claim that your items will be shipped in 3 weeks, but so far I have received nothing. Customer services “assured me” that I would get updates about my items when they were ready to be shipped. Not received any updates so far. I’ve requested a refund, but I feel that I will be unlikely to get one. Shocking company. Don’t even bother with them. I ordered on March 6, it’s now April 1 and have had no further updates.

Ordered in November (Black Friday). Now it's end of March. After every Email to ask about the status, they confirmed the order will ship in 2 weeks. Always 2 weeks more. It's 5 months now!

At the same time I see ads of them on Instagram. Christmas Deals, New Year deals etc.

Never received order after 3 months of waiting, glad I made payment via PayPal and was able to request refund

Ordered early December, website stated that the items were in stock.
Never received our goods, after e-mailing them said there was a delay due to high demand so would only receive goods in 3rd week of Jan.
Still didn't arrive in Jan. E-mailed again, was told mid - late Feb. Still not received goods.
Just e-mailed to ask for a refund but won't hold my breath.

Same boat as everyone order December and nothing. Keep delaying believe it’s a scam and currently getting trying to get money back from bank.

I wish I could give zero stars. Ordered in Dec 2023 and have yet to receive anything. No updates unless I send an email asking for refund, which they refuse to give. I have threatened legal action but still nothing. A big scam.

Ordered in November and still have not received my order. I only get replies to e-mails after I demanded a refund and told them I will start reviewing them. Also have not gotten a refund yet. Do not order!

Ordered start of December.
Order continues to be delayed with no communication unless I email them myself. I think this is a huge scam and I am in the process of trying to get a refund. Very very disappointing.

I ordered a complete set of their pots and pans in December 2023. As I write this, it has been more than a month and I’ve received no communication from the company. I have attempted to email the company as that is their only form of communication, inbound, and receive no response. I’ve submitted for a refund request and received no response. My bank is working on the fraudulent charges as we speak. Absolutely terrible company to work with absolutely do not recommend.
