Scam

Scam. They dont have a proper refund policy and try to avoid everything at all costs to pay you a refund for poor quality goods. I would avoid and report them to the authorities.

This place is awful

This place is awful. Do not order from them. They offered me $40 for two dresses that arrived later than the delivery date that I paid $77 to have shipped. Then after threatening to report them, and work with my credit card company they offered me $100. THEN, after me negotiating once again they said they would give me full credit once returned. WELL, it is $232 to ship internationally. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! What a scam and waste of money. They know perfectly well what they are doing.

agree with other reviewers that state they do not take returns. I bought two dresses for my granddaughter in the same size. One fit and the other was at least 2 inches too small in the bodice. When I tried to return it, they sent me messages saying that these dresses come from all over the world, the mail is unreliable, it would cost me at least $30 to ship it back and there’s no guarantee they would ever get it. When I stated that I really did not understand because the dresses were for the same person and obviously one was made too small, they offered me $20 and told me to keep the dress and sell it. I now have a $77 dress and no one to wear it. I did a review on their website, but they did not post it and it would not allow me to give it less than two stars. I do not recommend this company.

Everything everyone else says is true

Everything everyone else says is true. I received two poorly made, ill-fitting dresses. I requested to start the return process within 4 hours. It’s now been 9 days of this scam company trying to barter with me. Please don’t purchase from this company. It’s a nightmare.

THIS IS A SCAM SITE. The dresses are plastic garbage made in China but the site is advertised as a UK boutique. I have been attempting to communicate with this website for WEEKS trying to initiate a "worry-free return" like their return policy advertises and then when they finally give me an address to send the dress, IT IS FAKE. I am having to initiate a chargeback with my bank because this is a FAKE WEBSITE.

The address I was finally able to get out of them is Room 1003, Kangqiao Town, Pingqiao Avenue, Yu'an District, Lu'an City, Anhui Province, China. BUT AGAIN, IT IS FAKE. These people are criminals, DO NOT BUY FROM STACEES.

Proceed with caution

I ordered two dresses from Stacee for my son's wedding, hoping to find something beautiful, elegant, and a bit edgy. I carefully selected the color and provided my measurements as requested. However, when the dresses arrived four weeks later, they were nothing like the pictures and did not fit at all. One was too big, and the other was too small. The quality was disappointing, and they felt cheap.

I immediately requested a refund, as their website promised full refunds. This was in May, and with my son's wedding in July, I expected a timely response. Unfortunately, despite several emails, I have not heard back from the company. They are ignoring my requests, and I am left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied.

I advise anyone considering ordering from Stacee to proceed with caution.

Sent dress with holes in it and refused return

Do not order from this company - it is a scam. Wedding dress arrived with extensive damage. Stacee's refused to refund the dress or allow me to return it.

In my case I missed the 14 day refund period - but for goodness sake, my wedding dress literally has holes in it. How is it acceptable for this company to refuse to allow me to return it? Should I have ASSUMED I was paying £400 for a dress with holes in it?

Just look at the other reviews - thousands of other people have had similar experiences, and those who have complained within the 14 days period have been refused refunds.

Everything these other reviews say- are 10000% accurate. One month after delivery I am still fighting with them and they will not refund my money or give me the return address. PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD.... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!

DO NOT, I SAY DO NOT. Yup for this company it’s a pure scam. Not only did I NOT get it customised just so I could return it there still saying no refund on this item. If you see Any comments saying that this dress was perfect etc, it will also be them putting there own reviews on. I am now £140 pound of out pocket, on arrival of the dress it certainly nothing like the picture, poor qualify and cheap I could have made it better myself. Having to register this as a fraud with my bank because no responce.

SCAMMERS

I was out prom dress shopping for my daughter and another parent recommended Stacees to me. I topically stick to ordering off of websites like Amazon but I thought I would give this site a
try. I pick out 2 dresses and I don’t customize them because I wanted to make sure that if dissatisfied
I could return them according to the worry free policy. Unfortunately the quality of the material of the dresses and design was not very flattering. So within the same hour that I received these dresses I created a ticket so I could return them. April 2nd I did this. It is more April 13th and I am now fed up with them! I have sent 11 messages through the ticket I created and each time that I receive a response was because I had to go through the Live Chat person. Continuously having to explain from the beginning just so the Live Chat assistants could contact someone in the ticket section and ask them to reach out to me. I’ve been extremely patient but to receive a message stating that out of the $280 I spent they’re only willing to refund $60 of it is unheard of! This is just the cost of the dresses and not including the high price that a paid for shipping. I figured that the cost was so high just in case the customer wanted to return it. I thought it was a smart idea but unfortunately it all has turned out to be a SCAM!!! This was my fear!!! I have been in retail management for 24 years and what I am experiencing is truly horrible! It does not matter what their policies say, they’re not acknowledging it at all!!! Again I am sharing my experience and if you choose to still choose to order with Stacees
Just understand that this to can be you, so be confident that you are willing to possibly take a loss
I have posted pictures of as many conversations as I could so you all could see that this is a valid review and nothing else! Good luck!

I ordered my dress, they emailed me for my measurements,the dress came within 4 weeks and it was perfect I could not want anything more and the price was brilliant! I believe came across another company same name so perhaps this is the one that is scamming! Everyone loved my dress they could not believe the price

Dear Anyone considering purchasing from Stacees.com DON’T:

After more than a week of back and forth “ticket” emails. MANY 2 hours in the middle of the night dealing with their customer service conversations. I have managed to obtain a return address.

Now, will I actually receive the money back as they promise? I’m highly skeptical. They expect me to pay for the return- still am in arguments about- not returning until they commit to paying for everything. (Due to their “tailoring mistake”.)

To others who accepted anything less than a full refund, don’t let them win!

I’m sending a letter written to this address 1st to make sure it doesn’t come back returned.

Do not use this company

Do not use this company. I ordered a dress for a wedding the busy cups were up at the neckline. Tried numerous times to get a refund. It advertised as hassle free returns. They answer the first 2 emails then completely ignore you. Bought dress in June still haven't been supplied with the return address (Hong Kong). Terrible company, definitely avoid.

Bullied to accept less

After 101 emails and over 2 months, I finally received $180 back after spending $330 for two hideous dresses. This has been a nightmare, and it does not end with the dresses. I just received a call from my bank that this company tried to hack my account. No shock here. The company processed a refund to a card that I told them was no longer active, because it got hacked when I made my first purchase from them. Both dresses were unwearable. I requested a refund the first day I received the dress and even purchased a second dress as an act of faith. Boy was I a fool. They took me for a fool. They negotiated throughout this whole process. They refused to give me my money back and basically told me if I returned the dresses, they were not responsible if they go lost in the mail. The company is not in the UK, it is in Hong Kong. They do not have a manager, a phone number, or good customer service. The only way I was going to receive a refund was if I took down my first review. After my account just got hacked and I had to change my cards once again, I do not care how they feel! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE UNETHICAL SCAMMERS!!!! I have pictures of our conversation if anyone wants to see them.

Foreign Scam Company - Avoid at all costs

This company is pretending to be a UK supplier, but would appear to be a foreign scamming organisation. My wife ordered a dress, paying an additional fee for a custom fit. What arrived was the wrong size (the company admitted they had added an additional inch to all measurements), the wrong colour and bore no resemblance to the dress style on their website. They have refused to provide a return address and are constantly stalling in their correspondence. They have offered to make another dress (at our cost) or provide £20 compensation. Steer well clear of this organisation. Whilst I have to give a one star review, they aren't worth even that...

AWFUL FOREIGN COMPANY THAT ARE A COMPLETE SCAM - I’m soooo angry I didn’t do my homework on this company before! I guess you learn the hard way. Like many others I ordered 2 dresses in STANDARD UK sizes (the dresses WERE NOT MADE TO MEASURE!) neither fitted so I STUPIDLY ordered another but different design in a smaller size … and then the fun began, I raised the ‘ticket’ waited EVENTUALLY got a response telling me I couldn’t return either of them as they were ‘made to order’ ?!?!? So I got them to admit that they WERE NOT made to order…. And that I wanted the return address ASAP and I also wanted to cancel the 3rd dress I ordered…. To which they told me I couldn’t because someone was already ‘making it’ and I needed to pay for the fabric they had already used?!?! AGAIN the 3rd dress was a STANDARD UK size 6!!! I don’t hold out much hope but I’m not giving up without a fight!

DO NOT BE TEMPTED TO USE THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!

My wife was helping our daughter to find suitable bridesmaids dresses for her wedding next year.

On the company website she entered into a 'chat' conversation with a sales representative and asked if the company had a return and refund facility. This was confirmed on screen.

However, we did have to provide an up-front payment of £156 which we provided on credit card.

Stacee's took payment immediately, then took over a month to send any goods... we believe to ensure they were able to take the money.

The goods were very poor quality, and did not match the colour requested. These were standard sample garments, with no customisation.

We alerted Stacee's that the goods were not satisfactory, and that we would be returning the goods, and expected a full refund as promised.

Stacee's refused to give us an address to which we could return the goods, so we returned them through Royal Mail to the address in Hong Kong that Stacee's use on their website. We also informed Stacee's of the shipment details, including the tracking reference.

Stacee's then informed us that we should have returned the goods to their factory, and that they could not be accepted in Hong Kong - but they were not forthcoming with an address for the factory.

Today we heard that the return could not be delivered in Hong Kong as the company was unknown at the address they provided.

Frankly, we do not believe the company exists in Hong Kong, and that they probably do not have a factory.

This is just an elaborate and fraudulent scam, and we do not hold out any hope that we will get our money back.

The Stacee's website is very credible, but is effectively only a portal that engages in theft.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH STACEE'S... YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF AND LEFT OUT OF POCKET!!!

I will not let this rest, as I now know there are many others who have had this same unfortunate experience... this website needs to be brought down, it's owners identified, and legal action taken against them.
