Help with DNSSEC
I have been with Stablepoint ever since they took over Hostica, who I had been with since 2001.
What prompts this review is the outstanding service I received from Carlos A. when enquiring about enabling DNSSEC. He went out of his way to help, and when discovered that Stablepoint Nameservers did not support DNSSEC, he pointed me to Nameserver services that would support DNSSEC and offered to help set everything up.
As it stands, at this moment, the headache of changing Nameservers is not worth it for the small benefit enabling DNSSEC will have for my particular domain; however in the future I intend to revisit this and with the Stablepoint teams assistance, I am sure it will be successful.

Good support through chat, not through support tickets
Had a domain renewal problem: domains were showing as renewed in Stablepoint's system, but had been neither renewed nor invoiced for.
Raised support ticket and got no response in fourteen hours. Went on chat and, after a little to-and-fro the issue was resolved within thirty minutes.
Initially the agent seemed to be looking at someone else's account, as they referenced an invoice for a domain that wasn't mine. After they went to their second-line support, it was quickly fixed and the domains renewed.

We were forced to migrate servers
We were forced to migrate servers, and while it was supposed to be done on a friday, they waited until monday morning. (at which point they told us it was complete) It is thursday and our company emails still dont work. Horrible company, does not care about clients at all. Asked us not to call anymore until "migration is complete" who knows when that will be. They did no homework on what it would take to succeed in migrating our account and want to blame us and microsoft for the issues. Unreal
It is now tuesday, two weeks later and we still are not through this. No emails now becuase our domain limit size had been reached. Someone should have reviewed how these changes would affect us before migrating our account. Im in shock at the lack of professionalism and communication.

Looking to move on.
Stablepoint took over our account some time ago. We were actually hosted by a 3rd party but Stablepoint was who we paid. They have now forced us into a migration that I was told was necessary but not a big deal. So the results were that the migration was not completed when expected, spilled into business hours and created many problems and loss of revenue for our company. The support team did little to help. Overall, just a very bad experience. There was nowhere to reply. Where did you reach out to me? I still have not been contacted by phone or email and issues continue with no responses on the latest response on an open ticket.

Slow response times, poor customer service
I originally had a Managed VPS with ThePrimeHost for many years, which was bought out by Stablepoint. Since Stablepoint has taken over, outages have become more frequent. Servers are not updated. Support is slow to respond and fix actual issues. Once, they even argued with me that an outage was not their responsibility to fix, because their VPS plans are unmanaged. I reminded them that I was a customer with a managed VPS that came with their purchase of ThePrimeHost, and they eventually got around to fixing it MANY hours later. Today, another issue... a missing WHM/ cPanel license file, so I can't log in to WHM or cPanel. It took 3 1/2 hours to get a response to my ticket, then they claimed they can't get into my server, despite the fact that I've already provided them with the root username and password. Every single time, it's a shitshow!

There's nothing complex about the issue. Stablepoint did not renew the cPanel license which caused the issue. We are now at almost 9 HOURS since the issue was reported to them, and it is still NOT RESOLVED. It's not complicated to renew a cPanel license.
