123.reg to stablepoint, service as it should be.
We were migrated to 123.reg from tsohost over the christmas period. It didn't go well and problems that I couldn't get a resolution or even answer to compelled me to seek a better alternative. Found out about Stablepoint and from the very beginning my experience was excellent. Helped in selecting the right hosting options and all my questions answered quickly and comprehensively. Everything migrated over and all set-up properly within hours of the first contact, our emails and website are all now on stablepoints servers.
I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Stablepoint. Stable, and that's the point!
I moved my web hosting to Stablepoint a year ago when my previous host sold out to a big faceless corporation with lacklustre support. From the start, Stablepoint's support team were really helpful migrating my data, and although I've rarely needed to call on them since as they've been nothing but reliable, they have always solved whatever I've thrown their way. Bravo!

Great tech support for an idiot
Great tech support for an idiot. Honestly I dont know why I try and build websites, I am clueless but I still persist in doing them. I bought a new domain this morning and instantly had to start a chat to say "talk to me like I am five, how do I install Wordpress and connect this to my hosting".
Simeon answered the call and walked me through it patiently to show me how to do it, offering along the way to install an SSL cert for me to.
My ISP is not playing ball and I need to contact them which made logging in a challenge from 4G on my phone rather than my computer but Simeon kept trying and did it all for. Not leaving the chat until I was a place where I could then start building the website I wanted.
This is why I love Stablepoint, not just for techies who know what they are doing but for 55 year old grandmothers who come up with an idea for a blog related to tea on a Friday morning.

Switched to Stablepoint years ago and never looked back!
I switched to Stablepoint just as they were setting up a few years ago and I have never looked back. There is no better hosting company period, apart from their very reasonable pricing they have a support that is second to none.
Usually at least once a year I get myself into a crisis and within minutes of raising a support ticket my problems are resolved like magic, this time it was Reza who jumped to my rescue.
