Hal is a wealth of knowledge…

Hal was great and a wealth of knowledge! I had a water leak in my condo from my upstairs' neighbor on Thanksgiving Day. I was unable to get in contact with anyone, not even my insurance company, but Hal picked up and guided me through the complex process. He was right on que with the information he provided and I was able to get everything fixed with the proper funding, which my insurance company was not providing.
I highly recommend Hal and Southern States Public Adjusters to anyone going through a homeowners or a condo/HOA insurance claim.

We were surprised what a difference it…

We were surprised what a difference it made with our insurance claim after we hired Southern States Public Adjusters, Inc. when we didn’t receive any replies for our claim for an under foundation water leak for over 3 months. After our adjuster, Harold, got involved, we received our claim and better than we expected. Harold was knowledgeable, and surveyed our damage and established communication between the insurance company, receiving prompt responses and payment.
