Horrible women very arrogant frauds to monetize a channel they are freezing customers that also customers outside India different price you think we are fools. Avoid these frauds at any cost. We customers give these people business and these are teaching us what questions we must ask or not. If we give money we will ask all questions if you don't want to do work just leave you have no rights to disrespect your customer. You don't teach what the customer must ask the value for money. Customer service is the basis for any business which these people are zero. Avoid at any cost.

We only had a one-day conversation regarding YouTube monetization. No service was purchased from us and no payment was made at any point.
From the beginning, we clearly explained that our pricing differs for Indian and international clients because we receive projects through platforms like Fiverr and LinkedIn, and pricing depends on workload, project requirements, and complete team involvement. You also mentioned that you were not comfortable making payment upfront because of concerns about online scams, which we completely understood. To reassure you, we even shared screenshots and proof related to scammers and explained our process patiently. You yourself replied that you could understand the situation.
Despite this, you repeatedly questioned our pricing structure and work process. We clearly explained that pricing depends on the type of work involved and the effort required for each channel.
During our conversation, we also explained that some creators increase YouTube watch hours by uploading serials, movie clips, or copyrighted songs temporarily and later trimming those portions after achieving monetization. We clearly stated that such practices are risky, misleading, and against YouTube policies.
However, after this discussion, we noticed that your own channel uploaded long Hindi song videos, including Arijit Singh songs, apparently for increasing watch hours. Uploading copyrighted songs for watch hours and later trimming those sections can also be considered misleading towards YouTube policies.
At the same time, your channel was also sharing Bible-related content and preaching values publicly, which made these actions appear highly contradictory to the accusations being made against us.
Despite having only a brief conversation and no actual business transaction, you later posted a defamatory review calling us “frauds.” We strongly deny these allegations.
