Absolutely outstanding service from SRM Solar. They completed a full installation of 11 solar panels and a 10kW battery system on our new build property, and the quality of work is excellent.
Professional, efficient, and reliable from start to finish. Everything was installed neatly and works perfectly. Highly recommended. 5 stars all the way!
SRM have been fantastic throughout. They took time to understand the needs of our business, our existing infrastructure and future requirements. They upgraded our inverters from single phase to 3-phase, installed a battery and set this up to provide an emergency power supply (EPS). Legacy issues from previous installers were identified and solutions proposed, costed and implemented. I would not trust anyone else and would recommend them to everyone.
Excellent from start to finish. Fully explained all the products and gave a few options based on our usage, roof size and cost.
Arrived to install exactly when they said. All electrical cables installed extremely neatly and as requested.
Great aftersales support with getting the app set up etc.

Generally good to get a sale but when it comes to dealing with issues it is terrible ignore emails and on the phone you get told by the receptionist the person dealing with your query is not available,you get told they will call you but you never get a call back especially the managers as they are very busy
Great communication, excellent installation team, did everything they promised, and an extremely good price. Would definitely recomend these guys.
