I received an email statement said we are pleased to confirm that your payment has successfully processed but the only thing I got back was a reference number nothing else

This post was intended for Sribuna.com and not Sribu.com, as corrected by Trustpilot. I apologize for the mistaken identity. I still stand by my complaints about Sribuna.com, the online retailer. They reached out to me and admitted they were at fault. Then, they said they would give me 55% of my refund, and a second time, they said they would give me 65%. Long story short, I requested 100% of my refund, which I don't expect them to return. If it sounds to good to be true, it probably isn't. Just beware.

Placed my first order with Sribuna a few weeks ago. Received notification that the items were being delivered 2025-05-23 11:39:23 Delivered Louisville 40211-3104. I was home at that time but no shipment arrived nor was it recorded on my security video for the day before, on the date nor the day afterwards. I emailed customer service and they replied to let me know the items were delivered. The last email asked me to check with neighbors (I live in a house around other homeowners), which I had already done no one received my order. So, unfortunately, I am on the losing end of this situation. I had read other review where people have had similar experience but took a chance anyway. So buyer beware. Good Luck

Customer service is also helpful and responsive. A small drawback (in my opinion as a first timer) is in helping the customer choose the best designer for the job, as designer ratings are not prominently displayed with the designs he created.
