Never get the product even if I contact thème many Times. Each Time they are kind and tell me to not to be worried, but they just win some Time.

Major scam alert. If you place an order you will have your money stolen and you will NOT receive your product.
I placed an order on March 6, 2021 for a plush cat. It is August 14, 2021 - still no order. I contacted them multiple times and have been told “your item is in transit and we cannot offer a refund”. Money stolen, credit card information stolen and sold to scammers.
My lawyers will be contacting them to get this fraudulent storefront shut down.

Do not buy from these people, and if you try, my best suggestion is to purchase through PAYPAL! Paypal was able to give me a full refund after TIME AND TIME AGAIN asking for a refund when these people did not deliver my product. I waited for THREE MONTHS because they said they were short on supplies, which was far too long for me to wait to begin with. Especially for a PLUSHIE! If you want a squish plushie, go on Amazon and find yourself something there with PRIME.

I purchased 2 plushies back in April 2021. It's almost August and neither plushie has even been shipped. I've contacted SquishPlushie support multiple times through email and was told ", once an order is processed, we can no longer cancel your order." I've taken the loss but I do NOT recommend buying anything from this company.

Ordered a few plushies and never even received tracking info. Decided to talk to support about when it will be shipped and still didn’t even get tracking info. I finally wanted a refund and they said they don’t allow any because it has been processed, but honestly this is sum straight bs. It has been two months. SCAM SITE

I ordered an item in April. They gave 5-7 business days shipping. In May I haven't received my item. I chatted with customer service and they were great till I asked for a refund in June. Then mysteriously my item was "processed" and couldn't offer a refund. Since then, customer service won't reply to my emails. I ordered the same item from aliexpress. I'm sure it'll arrive before I hear back from customer service.
This is a garbage company. DO NOT order from them. They will take your money and give you 0 items. Any picture on their website is a staged photo

It's been 2 months since I ordered my product from them and yet there are no updates regarding my order. Don't buy to this site.

As with the other 2 1* reviews, this website is a scam, ordered almost 3 months ago. I still have not received a shipping number nor have I received any emails from their support team that weren’t copied and pasted. Don’t waste your money, or time.

I bought a plushie as a gag gift 3 months ago. It never shipped and they told me they could not refund me and that they would get back to me. They never said anything for weeks and then months. This site is a scam.

I would give a negative 80 stars if it was possible. They still haven’t shipped out my item after 3 months of waiting and they always respond with the same copy and paste email saying that they’re working on it. The company is a sham and the customer support is atrocious. Don’t waste your time attempting to buy from them
