Exceptional Customer Service Experience with SQUATWOLF
Their customer service is very friendly, and dealing with them is so smooth. After making my first online purchase and unfortunately needing to return some items, they provided all the necessary details and steps. They were consistently available, patient, understanding, polite, and supportive, making the process as simple as possible. That was 2 weeks ago , having sent 5 emails to this company the answer I get is they will look into it , another week has passed and still nothing .
Never would I buy from this company again .
Let's see how long my refund now takes .

Terrible service
I have been ordering online for the last 20 years of my life and the return experience I am facing with Squatwolf is beyond imagination! First order they held my refund because it was mentioned it was collected which never happened and they didn’t want to proceed with my refund
Second and LAST order for sure claim I returned a non squatwolf product! Poor service NEVER dealing with them again and I hope they don’t ask me to change my review again!
