I got an insurance policy on a pair of glasses and Square Trade doesn't have a clue how to handle it. I filed my claim 8 days ago with my receipt. Today I got an email asking for a copy of the receipt and asking a bunch of questions like how long have you used the item. After that they will let me know how to proceed. I will never use this again and I may never return to Sam's Club Optical again.
