Great customer support. No problem returning back an article.
However I had to pay myself 8.15 eur of shipping costs to return a 29.95 eur product. Other companies offer free return. Or at least preferential fare (like 2.95 eur).
Also, a 14 days return window is very short. Clothe companies typically offer at least 30 days, often 100 days, and even sometimes 1 year (decathlon.nl).
