Bogus is right! The initial money you pay is just to get a dashboard, which does nothing. If you want to track anything specific, facebook, snapchat, etc., there is a huge fee attached to it! All sold separately. Refund? Forget it. The best they could do was freeze my account and take me off auto pay! Don't do it!!!!!

They refused with my refund of £51 after I requested it back because the information on their website was misleading. They tried to offer me another product which was even more expensive and I refused. After a few email exchanges they told me they won't refund my £51 they took from my card even though I did not use their service. Please avoid this company because once they take your money 💰 you won't see a penny anymore. This happened mid-Feb 2025. AVOID!!!!!

Site's a total scam. The support is botted, the 270eur I've payed is gone since the billing team does not want to give a refund after not receiving anything they've offered. Stay away

They say it's in the done print you have to void manufacturers warranty for this to work and the version you get from premium is not showing anything. I almost was suckered out of $264 more but glad I saw these reviews. I'd you look close the fake reviews talk about SOS or tracking location, or how this app puts their friends to shame, Which makes no sense. Not satisfied at all, still want a refund, but at least I didn't spend more on more lies... BE AWARE!!!

Absolutely bogus claims to track gps of a device. Extremely poor customsr service, as well as trying to get a refund for their garbage service even after putting in the refund request within an hour after paying for the garbage they tried to sell me on. "Ohhhh the features you were looking for are actually with our PLATINUM ACCOUNT, would you like to hear about that and upgrade your services...?" Complete fauls advertising garbage! If i could give less stars i definitely would! AVOID AT ALL COST! MUCH BETTER OPTIONS OUT THERE 10000%

I love this app. It helps me to know if my kids made it home/school safely.

Complete SCAM!! Bought a basic sunscription of approx 500nok and They ve charged me a total of 1600nok, over 3 times the price!!

Scammers and sadly I can't give them ZERO. Be aware and stay away from them. Do not give them your money, their service is is not as described, they simply scamming people. After you pay them, there will additional fees and new steps to follow, undisclosed beforehand, making it impossible to access the service as initially promised. Read other review, all positive reviews are fake. STAY AWAY!

This guys misled me n promised me services they can’t offer me.when I purchased my subscription from the onset i told them that I didn’t have access to the phone I wanted to track n they promised me that they can track using a phone number alone.I purchased an all inclusive subscription of one year for £227.88.when I realised they can’t offer me any service,I tried to reach out to the billing team for a refund.no one replies to my emails n there is no phone number to call.what a total rip off.i will file a class action law suit against them n i will see my member of parliament so they can bring in laws that punish such scammers.plz stay clear of this scammers.AVOID IT LIKE THE PLAQUE.

This company has given me false information that I can monitor an account remotely without accessing the target phone, after I made a payment for 3 months which they said minimum for such service which was £66.27, they emailed me saying such service is not available only by accessing target phone, which I explained I can't access it as it is abroad, after send several emails to refund me, they DO NOT reply. This is scamming people

This is one of the worst apps I have ever come across in my life! I tried to install it twice with no success. I wanted a refund and they gave me some gibberish about contacting a tech when I got the target phone again and he would help me. Right. Now I just want a refund but it's probably too late for that. Hopefully I will be able to at least unsubscribe before they ding my account again. I can't believe I fell for the same hogwash again.💯🐾💯

This company is a scam! I wish I had listened to the other reviews. It's extremely difficult to install the app, and if you want assistance they charge you for it. I told them I no longer want their services and I want a refund . They said they will not honor my request because of just not wanting the app.

Please do not even try this website, they are money thief: they will keep collecting money from your bank account without your consent, and they won't even help you much to use their services. Avoid at all cost.

If I could give a negative 10 stars, I would. I paid $112.00 for a service I never received. First of all, the process to install the app is ridiculously complicated with minimal to zero explanation or support. If you need additional help installing the app, which you will, you have to pay a hefty fee. Once I figured out how to install, I spent 3 hours trying to install, only to discover the target device was not able to accept the app due to lack of storage available. Upon requesting a refund, the company suddenly doesn't know anything about my purchase, saying theres no record of my purchase or credit card, even though I provided a receipt. THIS IS A SCAM!!!!

So Spynger replied to my review, as you can see. They said they offered me options. What they offered was the opportunity to "suspend" my account. I purchased a year subscription. Big mistake on my part but I assumed it was a monthly charge that I could cancel. NOT!!! They charge you the "monthly fee" up front for the entire year!! Their refund policy says that they will refund you if there are technical difficulties beyond control. My situation was a technical difficulty. The target device had no available storage to enable installation of the app, something I was not aware of until AFTER I paid for and tried to install the app. If that doesn't qualify as a technical difficulty, I don't know what would. I followed all directions to a T, but it simply couldn't load. So SPYNGER saying they offered me a solution is a joke. Its not a solution, its just a stall tactic. I have consulted an attorney and we are moving forward with litigation.

Also, the poor use of English and grammatical errors are abundant, indicating they are a foreign company writing these ridiculous "reviews", trying to make themselves look good. I repeat...THIS IS A HUGE SCAM!!!!

It been going wrong since I decided to try Spynger. I can't logg in, I don't exist, my username dosen't work. The only thing that works is that they draw money from my account and I can't stop it!!!!
Trying to get in touch with their customer service is IMPOSSIBLE and you will NOT get
a refund. DON'T USE THIS BS!

I wish it was possible to give ZERO stars. After speaking to one of their reps on the chat, I was told "there was no need to touch the target device. The software installs itself by using the phone number" and they really pushed their "money back guarantee." Needless to say, the software didn't work AT ALL. They kept asking me to give them another 10 hours to properly install itself. Trying to get in touch with their customer service is IMPOSSIBLE and you will NOT get a refund. The only response you'll get is an automated email saying "We'll be back in touch in three business days." Stay FAR FAR away from this one!

These people are a million percent SCAMMERS! They obviously invested time and effort and money into making their website and service appear legit, specially paying a monthly fee to a third party to have a LiveChat available on their misleading website but this is clearly a very well rounded scamming organization. The service they supposedly offer is fake, doesn’t exist. The moment they get your money, they’ll mention something like “it’ll take 10 days to gain access”, they will refuse refund and start ignoring you. You would have literally just paid for something that doesn’t exist while they laugh in your face. Do yourself a favor a report that website. YouTube videos about them are all Ai talking, again, they’ve really taken time to fool people out of hundredths and thousands of dollars. DO NOT trust anything, these aliens are SCAMMERS!!!!!

This company is a total scam. We paid hundreds for the promised spyware which actually is just a copy of iCloud data. Then paid for the tech assistance which is also a scam. Broken links to live support, trying to avoid actually helping I believe this company is a total scam not trustworthy at all. The link for assistance does not work and takes you back to the login page. Finally reached assistance which was not even a real tech person and waited hours with the chat closing every few minutes. Reconnected and tried to type in chat box to keep it from disconnecting. Inquiries are ignored and request for refund denied blaming me when the whole website does not work. Do not use this product. Zero stars

I agree with so many people who complained about the Spynger app. I just wished I read these reviews before than now after. I signed up since last week and I still can not access the info promised. Their customer service is horrible as they have no alive person helping you. I sent numerous messages through the website but keep getting same responses and issue still not resolved. I will be cancelling my service tomorrow if I still can not resolve tomorrow. So frustrated. Last thing you need when you are already frustrated with the situation. 👎👎👎👎👎
