Nonresponsive support

Account suspended without warning or notice and support doesn't respond even four days later.

Did pay twice so 2 stars but would like to know what happened with my account

Edit: their response did enter the SPAM folder and I missed it.

Sent a reply clarifying why my IP address changes automatically every 30 or so minutes and isn't a proxy or VPN connection. Will edit again once resolved and add 3 stars
