Apologies for the delay in responding
Firstly, their so called support are non-existent and secondly, when making calls from Thailand to the UK I am getting interference such as background noises.
I have requested a refund and if this is not forthcoming, I will be taking this matter further.
I have today received a response from Support and a refund has now been processed.

I am surprised how good this service is after all the problems Skype had in the past and now offline. MS Teams seems to be worthless.

It works exactly as described
It works exactly as described. Add credits to your account, and use those credits to make a call directly from Chrome. Up and running in a few minutes. Great way to make calls to my US Bank while living abroad. A+ 5 Star service. Save me a lot of time and headache.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Sproutcall saved my butt when I lost my wallet and phone in Australia and needed to make international calls!
I signed up for a bunch of other services first, but this one was hands down the simplest. All I had to do was load my wallet, allow mic permissions on chrome, and that was it. No downloads, took 2 minutes.

Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful, close to a scam. Bought credit and then I couldn't call a landline number in tyhe designated country due to 'rejection by the dialled number. Wasted money, no call. Dreadful experience.

Sproutcall system not working but reimbursed in full
My first account was on a 10 year old Acer computer. Attempts to transfer this account to a Dell using Windows 11 failed, I opened a second account but was unable to make call and kept getting unable to make any calls due to a glitch was informed of 'Error35000' which I have since found is a common fault.
However having informed sproutcall I was promptly my account was immediately reimbursed my account payment.
