Sprizzy are attempting to take money from my account everyday

First of all, I quite liked the user-friendliness of the site, how easy it was to sign up and the fact you can choose which videos to target your ads.

I signed up for the $10 option a day option.
To be fair, I should have read the terms first before signing up, although they were quite long.
I was only prepared to pay one amount of $10 to test it out and was quite happy with what I received for this.

I didn't think there would be an issue of auto renew payments, as I signed up with a chase account and they always ask me to confirm a transaction before taking money.

However, after the first payment, a second was taken on the following day (I signed up on the 27th) and since Sprizzy are trying to take payments every day and I can't stop them.

I can't contact them either and the last contact they has with me (on the 1st) I was assured that the payments will now stop but they are still continuing.

My only option now is to get a new card number, so that they can no longer take payments.
I shouldn't have to do this and they shouldn't be informing people that the payments have stopped, then try and take the payment the following day.

Based on this, I have to give a one score and advise not to sign up for a subscription as you won't be able to get out of it unless you cancel your bank card.

Great product, no customer service department

Their product is truly one of the best and allows for insanely accurate targeting. They apparently do not have a customer service department. I have sent ten emails and opened multiple tickets and haven’t had one response. I am due a refund and have had other technical issues; they won’t address anything. It just isn’t acceptable. I’m faced with the choice to use an inferior product like prodvigate or to roll the dice with sprizzy that a campaign will work as intended. If it doesn’t, no one will get back to me.

I have a great experience with sprizzy.

I have a great experience with sprizzy. I see a lot of people saying it's not good well I disagree with that. So here is the honest truth about you content creators that's using sprizzy and saying it does not work. Your content is not good. And you are not targeting your audience correctly. I had 750 subs before I use sprizzy now I am at 1.35k subs. and I have seen real people like, comment, &subscribe to my channel. I even saw my own ad from watching another YouTube channel. Sprizzy is the truth!

Bots for views and fake subscribers

They are using bots for views and sending fake subscribers. They are seriously overcharging for ads and then delivering fake products in return. There are no actual viewers delivered, just fake fillers to make you think they are doing something. I ran 6 accounts with them and got nothing legit from them at all. Save your money and just set up your own ads through google ads.

Expensive Middleman

Not worth it.

With Google ads and a $50 USD advert you will get 50% more views than Sprizzy.

For a $50 advert Sprizzy estimated 4k views and 20-40 subscribers.

I ran 6 campaigns with Sprizzy on 2 of them I lost subscribers and none of them hit 4k views.

On average I got 2k views and 3 subscribers.

While Sprizzy is genuine advertising platform I assume they just go through Google advertising and you essentially pay a big premium for a middle man.

Sprizzy is a ghost ship, no one working there

While sprizzy is using genuine google and yt ads , they promise about 6 times more than they deliver on the low estimate end. If you have any problem with a campaign they will not respond. I have a ticket open for a month and havent gotten any response. better just to use YT ads directly.

I’m a real human

I’m a real human! Leaving a real review! 🤪 I tried a campaign on one video with sprizzy - I set it going before I went to bed and woke up to 100 LESS views!!! I wrote to them to ask why and got no response. The view count rose fast compared to previous days - but didn’t recover the loss they caused. .Came to trust pilot to find out more and unsurprisingly a lot of info on how the 5 star reviews all written by fake accounts.

Can no longer trust Trust pilot 😂

Sprizzy vs. Prodvigate Experiment

I was actually very hesitant to try Sprizzy. I have used Prodvigate, and was very satisfied with them. I only tried Sprizzy as an experiment, to see which worked better, so I actually turned off Prodvigate for the duration of this campaign in order to actually get a better picture of the performance. Their are so many bad reviews of Sprizzy, though, so I wasn't expecting much.

Sprizzy is amazing. They blew Prodvigate out of the water when it came to views and subscribers. Both of them kind of came in spurts, meaning I'd get a cluster of views for an hour or two, then nothing for a few hours. Kind of nerve wracking haha. But Sprizzy got me at least 3x as many views within a few days, and twice as many subscribers in an extremely short amount of time.

The only issue I have with Sprizzy is that it blows through your budget very quickly. Prodvigate lets you set a time frame to spend your budget, and it pretty much keeps to it. Sprizzy did, as well, but it went through my budget within a few days, as opposed to the week that I set it for. That's not a terrible thing, because I still got more views and subscribers than through Prodvigate.

SCAM

SCAM! I payed $100, overnight I had 1k more views; However, they are all weird accounts, nobody really watched the video for more than few seconds, and that was the only one of my videos that actually got views. i also got subscribers overnight, most of which already unsubscribed....SCAM! Do not waste your money!

Poor quality, bad support, doesn't live up to promises

Most of the 5 star reviews here are from people with only 1 review- read into that how you wish before using Sprizzy.

Most views/subscribers were from India- not my target audience.
The gained subscribers and views was significantly lower than the estimate given at the time of the order (even the far lower end of the estimate).
I have written to Sprizzy but not received a response.
They claim to be different/better than similar companies, but my experience has been pretty terrible.

Sprizzy is a disaster

I have recently run three campaigns. Their after sales service is a disgrace - emails and tickets not replied to and phone service never available. I am still awaiting invoices from them for my accounts.
All the views and subscribers I got, according to YouTube analytics, were from India or South East Asia when my targeting was wholly centred upon North America and UK. I’m a blues musician and there is little or no blues music culture in India or SE Asia. Also few likes to views and NO comments on either video. I no longer believe that they operate only via Google ads - they can’t possibly do so otherwise my videos would been seen by my target audience and not by people who will never engage with my brand of music

I would like to do an honest review of…

I would like to do an honest review of Sprizzy since there are both paid reviews and criticism about this.
First thing as a YouTuber you will need to know: YouTube is a cruel place. If your video does well, it will raise organically because of the algorithm. ADs agency like Sprizzy will NOT make your video go viral - only yourself and a little bit of luck will do that trick. They can expose your video to a wider audience, but it is the audience's decision to quit the video or keep watching. The more they watch, the more views your video gets, and the more it will appear on the organic search, recommendations and etc. Sprizzy connects the "AD service" and "Go viral" together - which is a dishonest behave - that's the only critic it gets from me. Sprizzy deliveries ADs with about 0.02 - 0.04 USD per view - which is pretty much a standard quote you can get from Google ADs. But they will do other heavy lifting such as setting up, getting it approved and etc. The most important is that if you run ADs for controversial content (such as political), which often gets banned on YouTube (your account could get banned), using a proxy service like Sprizzy will reduce such risk - they will work on your ADs and deal with the hard part!

Extremely disappointed

We have been using Sprizzy fairly regularly since 2019 for our youtube channel and were pleased with the views we got for a small budget and the helpful responses from the support team to any of our queries. However, over the last year we have noticed the same budget returning ever decreasing views and little or no responses from the support team. Our most recent campaign in Feb 2023 not only returned a dismal 160 views but has also been met with absolute silence from the support team over a week after registering requests for help/support. It suggests Sprizzy has become so successful that they only prioritise clients with a sizeable budget. Perhaps they should consider not taking hard-earned cash from a demographic they no longer seem to care about. We are therefore extremely disappointed and urge others to think twice before using Sprizzy.

Sprizzy is a scam

They did deliver the views in 2 days, they promised but sadly it’s all Bot views, not real people, my audience retention plummeted like Niagara falls, lowest I’ve had in history, also all the 1000 subscribers that I got in the matter of minutes are now disappearing. Also all views and subscribers were from India only, and I’m in australia. Also all the comments were fake too, mostly just gibberish, for example “hdududbdbhd”. So don’t use them they clearly a scam. Now I’m worried that I might get a warning from YouTube for fake views.

I am very impressed with Sprizzy. My experience with them has been nothing but good. The website is easy to use and navigate, customer service is helpful. My results were quicker and more than predicted. I have used them for several campaigns and will continue to use their service in the future. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for help with marketing.
