I have been ripped off by this store. I ordered two XL people sleep pods. They have never been received. Has anyone managed to get a refund from them and why are Facebook still letting them advertise?

I placed an order but never received it. The tracker said it was delivered but I always get my packages. This one never came. I want a refund or my order. They are not a good company. Will not order again from this company.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS !! YOUR ORIGINAL ORDER OF A PLUSH DOGGIE BED WILL BE CHEAP SOCKS !!

If Sadly you have made a purchase with this deceitful company i would recommend you raise a dispute with the payment provider immediately
Shame on INSTAGRAM & FACEBOOK FOR ALLOWING THESE SCAMMING CHINESE SCUMBAGS TO ADVERTISE ON SOCIAL MEDIA.

Like so many others I have been scammed. Ordered two healing nest beds and received two pairs of cheap and nasty socks.

BIG SCAMMERS!! I got the socks as well instead of healing nests…so very disappointed ☹️

Ordered dog bed received socks instead. No good for my elderly dog.
Avoid these scammers, was told delivered but was not , & they are not replying to my emails.

SCAM I ordered the nesting bed and got 4 pairs of sox, pretty expensive socks. LOL

I got scammed.
Ordered 2 nesting beds in January. Tracking claimed it bounced around China, then said my package was Delivered to mailbox on February 11, 2023.
It was a 5 pack of socks 🤬😡🤬😡

Just like the others, I ordered a 'healing nest bed' and was sent 5 pairs of socks!

Scam. I ordered and paid for 2 xl healing nest dog style beds and was scammed. I was charged for the big 25 lb beds but only got a tacky scarf.
Reporting this as fraud… no answers from the email provided. Pieces of real crap

Scammers! Ordered two beds and received an ugly, poor quality scarf. I had contacted the company earlier because of a delay in processing the order and was given the song and dance that it was Chinese new year and no one was working. The parcel finally arrived today and it was simply an ugly scarf.

Just received my box of socks and no bed - avoid these people. Why do Facebook allow these people to use their platform

Do not use under any circumstances you will receive a box of socks and not your order

I as for lots of other customers I have also been scammed by these unscrupulous people scum of the earth. I also like many other’s I ordered a bed and received 5 pairs of ankle socks no good whatsoever to me. Stay away from this bunch of scammers.

Like the other reviews. I ordered a day bed and about two weeks later a package of five ankle socks arrived. Didn't even link it to the order until I read these reviews.
