Shoe selection is great; service needs improvement
Shoe selection is great. Prices are not and I'm fully aware that you get what you pay for. However, you are charged to have the option of a "Free Return" which is misguided at best.
I needed to return a couple of items and loved the online process until it wouldn't generate a return label. I called and was greeted by a very helpful woman, but she had to email me the return label. These should be emailed to the customer upon completion of the online return process for the customer's ease and backup that the process worked.

Excellent service by Kim (?) in the store at Jackson Outlets, Jackson, NJ! She suggested and pulled my sizes until I found the perfect shoe. As an artist myself, I LOVE the creative decorations and shoe forms. I would by many styles if I didn't have foot issues. I told my artist friends about the brand and the store. They are already in love with L'Artiste shoes and will be visiting the store in Jackson. I'll be back.

My favorite online shoe store!
The shoes I ordered didn’t fit so I needed to return them. Customer service responded immediately and refunded my payment once they received my shoes back. The quality of Spring Step shoes is excellent. I have several pairs and will continue to purchase from from them!
