While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Springfield Organics is a UK-based family farm dedicated to producing high-quality organic poultry with a focus on animal welfare, sustainability, and exceptional taste. With years of farming experience behind us, we take pride in raising our chickens slowly and naturally, giving them the space and care they need to thrive. Our poultry is reared to the highest organic standards, without the routine use of antibiotics and with a strong emphasis on natural growth. This results in meat that is not only more ethical, but also richer in flavour and better in quality than typical supermarket alternatives. We believe customers deserve to know exactly where their food comes from. That’s why we are committed to transparency throughout our process—from how our animals are raised to how your order is prepared and delivered. Every order is carefully packed to ensure freshness and delivered directly to your door. At Springfield Organics, our goal is simple: to provide honest, responsibly produced food you can trust. We are proud to serve customers who value quality, sustainability, and better farming practices. We are continuously working to improve our service and welcome all feedback from our customers as we grow.

I’ve always found the communication to be brilliant. There was a small technical issue with the ordering system this time, but the team handled it quickly and re‑posted my parcel on the correct date. The meat is consistently delicious and excellent quality. Very happy with the service.

Underweight free range chickens
Ordered 6 free range chickens, weight range 2.1 to 2.2 Kgs. All the chickend received were underweight, two by more than 300gms. The birds looked small so all birds weighted as they came out of the transit box in original plastic. Sent photos and weight listing to company and phone numerable times. Eventually got a call on Friday and I was offered 6 replacement birds. As I did not think this fair, my wife suggested a partial refund. On Monday received note that £10 was being refunded, (orig. cost £118) which did not even cover missing weight. Explanation given did not make sense. Will pursue via Trading Standards and PayPal dispute procedure.Springfield Organics seems to be the same company as Otter Valley Poultry.
