The staff were very professional,They did a great job of fitting all 18 velux windows nothing was to much trouble Thank you.

Excellent service - lucky to get a last minute cancellation and had my velux window fitted very quickly and efficiently. Workmen came on time, and were gone within a couple of hours - very pleased with the window and the electric motor and with the competitive price.

I contacted Springfield to get a quote for getting our 30+ year old Veluxes refurbished - the frames were OK but the seals had rotted and the glass had failed so was all misty. Getting the quote was made very easy with clear instructions on what info they needed and how to find that info on the window. Lucy was really efficient and came back with an acceptable quote very quickly. Despite my only asking for the quote just before the Christmas holidays, Lucy was able to organise it to be done on 11th January. Her communication was always great and super quick. The guys who came to do the work were very nice, on time, great work, efficient and tidy. Getting Veluxes refurbished isn't cheap, but it's cheaper than buying new, and much better to make use of a perfectly good frame, and have the work all done in just over an hour. I would really recommend them

Very easy company to communicate with professional every step of the way.
The two fitters put our minds at ease as a bit apprehensive if the tunnel would make a difference in our north facing bungalow.
As well as being professional in their work and an amiable set of lads the tunnel is beyond our expectations. If our neighbours get light tunnel envy would not hesitate in recommending this company...

The company refused to come out and fix the faulty work that was completed on my roof. I was told numerous times that they would come and correct the fault, but this was merely a stalling tactic. The customer service is some of the worst I have ever experienced. Do not use this company as they do not fulfil their warranty and customer promise.

I used this company to fit a cat flap for me into an external upvc door. The communication with Lucy was really quick and friendly and I had someone come out to complete the work really quickly. I was called on the day to confirm the exact time of arrival and the cat flap was fitted within a few minutes. Great service and well worth the money

Gareth and Steve came to fit three larger than standard loft windows, and finished the job in good time to a high standard with the windows working perfectly. They consulted with me helpfully, once to clarify confused instructions I had left in the loft, and once to check my preference where there was a choice of all the windows being at the same height, or two being able to be placed lower than the first, which would give a better view from them. This showed me that they wanted to be sure they were getting the job just right for me. They left the house tidy, with the tiles they removed stacked neatly outside the house. They bring a wave of energy, confidence and good humour into the building which makes it easy to discuss the job with them, and certainly helped me to relax and enjoy the day, as after living in the house for nearly 35 years natural light illuminated the loft for the first time...

Very quick turnaround. Needed a Velux window replaced and sorted in a couple of days. Super impressed. Highly recommend.

Preliminary procedure involved photos taken inside and out and forwarded by me to help determine size and model of the existing window and the correct replacement.

Once the specification was agreed, a deposit was requested and paid.

Fitters arrived on time and the installation of the window was carried out quickly and efficiently by Gareth and Steve. Both took great care to minimise any disturbance or disruption and were very courteous and forthcoming throughout the process. Suffice to say we are very pleased with the result.

Had to wait a few weeks for periods of heavy rain to verify the installation was watertight.

Caroline was always very helpful. Her willingness to keep us informed proved to be very reassuring during what could have proved to be a very anxious time for us. The only slight hiccup at the end was the delay in receiving the settled invoice and 10 year guarantee. Minor internal communications issue?

We have two more Velux windows of the same age and design. When replacement becomes necessary we will not hesitate to ask Springfield Developments to revisit to carry out the work for us.

The engineers arrived as scheduled, and immediately got to work. The job was to remove 2 failed 30 year old Velux windows in a loft and install new ones. They were positive, polite and task focussed.
Even though one of the engineers had to go off to get a missing part, the other carried on working so that when the first returned the work progressed at a pace.
The windows were installed very neatly, considering that they were installing into an existing void. The access and working space is restricted, yet the work was done well and without complaint.
The engineers cleared up everything, removing the old windows and frames, the packaging and all excess materials.
Until June this year I was the procurement manager for the largest social housing provider in the Southeast, and in my opinion the engineers' conduct on site was exemplary and far better than is often the norm. They were very respectful and professional while maintaining a cheerful friendly manner.
My dealings with the office have been very good and they answered every query quickly and precisely. Previously I had an engineer to survey the work and he also demonstrated the same qualities.
Overall the dealings with Springfield Developments Ltd have been very very good, and I would recommend the company to others.

Recently had a Velux window fitted with this company. Very satisfied and would highly recommend. Very professional throughout the whole process and extremely happy with the results.

Had an issue with the weather for the past couple of appointments, which obviously can’t be helped, the lads came today on their day off and completed my new Velux as it was leaking really bad. Really appreciate people going the extra mile.

Although we found that communications left a lot to be desired the fitters arrived on time, we’re very friendly and efficient and fitted the sun tunnel in our lounge in around 1.5 hours, no fuss and cleared everything away and took all packing with them
