They're not just checking off a box, they care and provide feedback/patterns which in turn helps our company grow. The implementation is efficient, and they provide fast response time to tickets. Springboard is everything right with third party customer service. I only pay for what I use, the reps that deal with my customers are from the U.S. and one time we had an issue - they were able to address the influx of issues that needed addressing. Highly recommend.

Springboard has been the best decision we made for our business. We’ve conflicted our growth during Q1 of this year with inefficient TAT in closed tickets and an alarming rise of unsatisfied resolutions. Springboard’s quick on-boarding and immediate knowledge transfer was frictionless and diligent.
