I live in the UK and try not to order from overseas if I can help it, but what I wanted was so overpriced in the UK that it was laughably insulting. Things are getting pretty bad here.

I had, more than once, heard good things about this company, so having realised that I could buy an airbrush, a new sprayout pot, a hose and a maintenance kit from them, and have it shipped across the Atlantic for less than the cost of just buying the airbrush, on its own, here, it really was a no-brainer and I'm so pleased I did.

What an excellent experience. I ordered first thing on a Friday morning and tracked it all the way until it arrived, extremely well packaged and in perfect condition, early Tuesday morning. 96 hours later. They even gave me a load of free cleaning brushes. Honestly, if I had ordered that from a place here, It would not have had it arrive so quickly, and I would have been royally ripped off in the process.

I have absolutely no reservations about returning with my custom when I need to make another purchase. Good value, excellent respect for my property by way of packing, prompt shipping and a general sense of a good attitude all around from this business in general. A rarity these days.

I ordered spare parts from SprayGunner because I received excellent service with my previous order. The FedEx service they use to ship to UK is very good, only about a week.

I ordered the Badger Sotar 20/20 from Spraygunner on a Sunday and by the end of that week it was delivered to me. The processing time and shipping was extremely fast from the US to the UK and the pricing for delivery was really good as well. I will definitely be using Spraygunner again in the future for my airbrushing needs.

Customer Services at Spraygunner are fantastic.

These guys are the best! They're just grown up little kids with the keys to the store! They're bright, intelligent, knowledgeable, and willing to share that knowledge whenever wherever possible. They have a discord server if you're not aware of it. You can chat with the owner and his buddies when they're at work. I love em and I try to use their website whenever they have what I'm looking for.

Customer service is great. I had a few questions and they got right back to me with answers.

I received my order fast.

They send from the US via Fedex and it is handled by postnord in Denmark. They take care of taxes so we didn’t pay import/handling fee. The prices are very good specially for airbrushes.

My original order was placed for this set and I received the P-51 mustang set in a mix up. The set numbers are very close. I contacted customer service and the response was very good and fast. I decided instead of returning the P-51 mustang paint set set, I would keep it and offered to purchase the IJA paint set. I was sent an invoice for the IJA paint set and the shipping was free and fast. A+ customer service.
