Didn't really get a chance to try, as sign-ups using any kind of VPN is forbidden, which seems quite backwards especially for a service catered to businesses.

I know this may sound over the top. But I really love this product and think it may be my favourite piece of software I've ever bought.

They have great support documentation and response times, you hear from the founders and they clearly understand the SEO agency/consulting space deeply deeply well.

I kind of wish all software was this thoughtful and focused.

The ease of use for the product and that it can be used to facilitate the complete customer lifecycle as well as ensure we don't lose on any customer communications.

I’ve tried a bunch of platforms, but SPP is the one that actually feels like it was made for running a real service business. It keeps everything in one place - client orders, tasks, invoices, forms - and it’s way more customizable than I expected. I built out custom checkouts with agreements and different flows for different services. Super clean.

One thing I love is that I can log in as a client and see exactly what they see. That small feature has helped me improve our customer experience big time.

I looked at Copilot too, but SPP just had more flexibility and felt easier to work with day to day.

Easy to manage and user friendly for both vendors and customers

I'd been looking for billing software outside of QuickBooks and raw Stripe for products with recurring payments, such as SEO and website maintenance. I needed something that a client could log into and manage, as well as easy-to-use portals for payment. SPP has the Stripe portal, which is dead easy to use. I've been using it for a couple of years now and features are constantly added. But it's not swamped with useless features that clutter it up. I don't need another integrated CRM system with email campaigns and all this other clutter. I've seen other competitors pop up and have had no reason to look elsewhere.

Great software backed by helpful support!

We have used SPP to whitelabel our agency for the past 4 years and have nothing but great things to say about it. It allows our clients to have a secure, single-user sign-on portal with all the functionality we need to run our business, including customizable order forms and no-nonsense, easy-to-use ticketing.

Whenever we hit a snag, we were able to make a ticket and always received a reply same-day, oftentimes with a helpful solution ready to go.

We've been using SPP as our client portal for a couple of years now. There was a bit of a learning curve to set up services and order forms, but the software is well-built and makes the process somewhat simple for non-coders.

SPP was designed with flexibility in mind, which makes it a great choice for a white label client portal. The added bonuses of a built-in referral program and integrations with tools like Zapier make the product fit well into any productized service business.

There are a few quirks that I would like to see get ironed out eventually, like native multi-currency support, but there are workarounds for now.

Overall, we've been happy with the software and really impressed by the support provided whenever we run into issues or have questions.
