A Premium product which does what it says on the tin (however no tin with Spotminders) packaging and accompanying documentation is first class, but not needed as the email follow-up and support is second to none, which mirrors the professional and personable service from enquiry to receipt of goods, including a fully monitored and updated series of useful notifications as to delivery ETA. I bought 5 Spotminder cards and this charger came with them. There's no set-up, just plug it in. It charges very well, and does work with my iPhone, though I haven't used it to fully charge my phone yet so I don't know how long that would take. It would be super easy to keep bedside to charge a phone overnight.

I was having trouble connecting one of my tracking cards and Carol solved it in one email and it was simple instructions… And it worked first time. It’s a great product but once in a while things happen and that’s why you have people like Carol on your team to fix things quickly.

Recently, I ordered tracking cards pro for my wife and me. I did receive the order with a free charger in a timely manner. However, the order was fufilled with Valentine offer which did not include pro version. I contacted them, and one representative Carol took responsibility to correct the stituation. She communicated in a timely and professional manner, and promised to correct the situation. I appreciate her coustomer centric interest and to the right thing. Thanks Carol.

I had a problem with one delivery that went astray somehow. Marla in customer service took action straightaway. She arranged for a replacement and, throughout the experience, maintained a pleasant, positive connection with me until the product arrived.

It works….if does what it says….now I’m not at all tech savy…and I did reach out for help and I got lots of help..Marla was so patient and wrote a step by step process and I got it..(I think my old phone maybe had a hicup ) tried the second card bingo worked perfectly first time …so if you have read this far..just buy one or two you won’t regret it. And yes you can hear it in your luggage I’ve just tested it .

Second time ordering this great product. After a problem with delivery delay l contacted the company and Carol was very quick to respond and resend my order which arrived within days. The cards are simple to set up and work well

The card is super easy to set up. I did have a question about clearing the information on a card I had set up. I contacted customer service and Josh was able to walk me through the process. Great product and now I'm ready for my vacation!

First, I just got my order. Have not tested it at all, and will follow up with this review when I do finish testing. Felt it was important to get my first impression out ASAP. The 1st thing you should know is that the picture showing 2 magnetic chargers is actually only 1! I feel slighted, and am a bit mad. My fault for not reading every bit of the print, but I also feel the company pulled a fast one! Stand by as I now test the cards

Sent message to understand if anything extra was necessary to use my spot finder in Europe. I quickly heard back from Maria with a very simple answer - just a plug to electric that will work in the country we are! One thing to check off my packing list.

Second purchase from Spotminders, great product. This new one- pro card, takes all the boxes. I gave my old card and have some issues to disconnect from my apple account but have a great support from Raymond on solving the problem. Recommend!

Great form factor! Super easy to hide in wallets, notebooks, and the Qi rechargeable battery is pure genius. This takes the concept of an air tag and improves on it with a better size, shape and no disposable battery. I was impressed by how loud the chirp is too! I bought one for me and two for my wife!

Best tracking card, period! Saved the day on my first trip. I noticed my bag never made it of baggage staging area. Before they closed the door I brought it to a fight attendant and she contacted the ramp attendant who found it and got it safely into the baggage cargo area!!!
